Silvia treats all her guests like friends and goes out of her way to make them feel welcome. The rental was spotless and pristine with an amazing breakfast setup. Rooms were clean and as was the bathroom. She had a nice kitchen setup; breakfast items, cutlery, fridge, snacks. She also has a washer that she allowed us to use. Silvia is very passionate about hospitality and it shows with her conduct; one of the guests broke a glass and she didn’t charge or make a big deal about it even after the guest offered to pay for it. When we wanted an early check in due to our scheduling, she not only accepted but also carried pretty heavy luggage 2-3 floors up to check us in after room clean up (we weren’t there as we had an engagement elsewhere in the morning). I recommend her with the highest regards and trust. Should I return to Florence, Silvia will be my first contact; her place was that great.

Many years ago, I used to live nearby. The area is as beautiful as it was, maybe more so. This villa is a standout. Beautifully proportioned with super high ceilings, beautifully furnished with well-maintained grounds in the first flush of spring. My stay was the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of tourist-ridden Firenze. Only a short distance from the centre, yet to all effect in the country. The perfect situation for me. I hope to return for a longer stay.

Teresa and Agostino were the best hosts we have ever experienced. They were both extremely sweet, made us breakfast, taught us how to make pasta and then served us dinner all for free! We had multiple options of where we wanted to stay (went during off season). She gave us some of the best recommendations for local activities and food and what to see. Teresa and Agostino deserve so many more stars than you can physically select. If you have the opportunity to stay with them, you need to!

la habitación es tal cual como se describe en las fotos. estuvimos muy cómodos. la cama buena el baño un poco pequeño sobretodo la ducha. pero tenía de todo. la entrada a la habitación sin problema Francesco enseguida nos indicó como entrar. nos dio unas cuantas direcciones para cenar, comer o tomar algo. super atento cuando necesitabas alguna indicación para cualquier cosa. la estancia muy buena. lo único malo que estando en el primer piso se oyen todos los ruidos de la calle sobre todo el bar de abajo. aún así hemos dormido muy bien

В помешканні затишно але доволі просторо. Більше нагадує власне житло ніж стандартний номер готелю. Трамвай маршруту Т1 чітко за графіком та швидко дістане вас до центру міста, інших історичних місць або залізничних вокзалів (3 шт). Наявність поблизу кафе-Caldana для сніданків, також додає балів. Рекомендую.

Mein Wunsch einen sympathischen Ort zu finden um die Toskana per Fahrrad und Auto zu erkunden hat sich bestätigt - ruhig, abseits vom Trubel (eine empfehlenswerte Trattoria ist aber zu Fuß erreichbar!), mit viel Grün, vor allem aber eine sympathische und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die immer Tipps zur Umgebung parat hat. Alles in allem eine Unterkunft um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen!

I took a last min detour from Rome to Florence and stumbled on this Gem!!! The rooms are New and modern and beautifully decorated. The included breakfast is great and the hosts are absolutely fantastic!! Looking forward to visiting from Milwaukee again !!!

The best airbnb place I've visited so far! everything was in place, host was helpful and responded fast, place was clean and check in was without a problem. The apartment was stunning and we felt like home. I can't even describe how well we felt there^^ Great place no doubt. Highly recomended!

Herzliche Gastgeber. Wir fühlten uns super wohl und auch unser Hund war überall herzlich willkommen. Das Haus ist super schön und toll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sauber, hatte ganz tolle Möbel und ein gemütliches Bett. Eine Klimaanlage und ein Ventilator gab es ebenfalls. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße. Mit geschlossenem Fenstern und Klimaanlage ist hier aber nichts von zu merken. Das Frühstück war super lecker. (Überwiegend süß) Kaffee mit warmer Milch gab es auch. Wurst kam aus eigener Fleischerei. (Ein Haus weiter) Großer Garten vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Chianti-Region, sowie zu wunderschönen Bergdörfern wie San Gimignano und Volterra. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation war immer schnell, super nett und sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

We are Indonesian and Swiss Couple that living in Switzerland. Our destination is Firenze but we choose place outside from centre, and we really happy to Find Sandro`s place. Easy to find, modern and new organize, room and toilet are big enough. Supermarket directly only cross the street, parking area on the Supermarket also big. Some restaurant also near from Sandro`s place, but the good things on the 1st floor and the other side building also have Restaurant. They have no provide some drink, tea or coffee inside the room, but for us that is really Ok, because we spend mostly our time outside. Also simple breakfast that is really enough and good. Sandro give a good service to all the guest when we have a breakfast. The best part, when we arrive really so late from the time mentioned by apps. Sandro still waiting for us with really good mood (we are arrive 11.15pm) Thank you so much Sandro for your hospitality, advices and suggestion for everything we need.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was recently renovated and the space was very clean. The views over the Tuscan Hills were truly breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and flex with our late check-in, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

We loved this place! Great hosts. Storybook type room / accommodations. Everything was super clean and and top quality! Every detail of the room and library was well thought out. Nice breakfast! Super close to San Donato. Note: The steep driveway down to this gorgeous property is not for the faint of heart. We will stay here again!

We loved our stay at Stefano’s place. It was a beautiful room and bathroom and very quiet and peaceful. Air conditioning was very good and very welcome in the heat wave. Gabriella was an attentive host who gave us great recommendations for restaurants. She was also a good cook - breakfast featured delicious cakes! Capannori was a good base to explore the area from. We did day trips to Lavorna and Pisa as well as La Spezia and Cinque Terra. Highly recommend staying at La fornace del Sole.

It was an amazing experience for us. We stayed with a group of 3 at the place. The home was stylish, nicely decorated and extremely clean and neat. What is very special about our stay is, awesome pasticerries made by a real Italian Chef Mariagrazia. I will strongly recommend her breakfasts and delicious pasticerries. It was a unique experience for us. Thanks a lot, for this warm, kind and delicious experience.

Da Lorenzo è come essere a casa lontani da casa, sono persone stupende e ci siamo subito trovati benissimo. Dall'ottima comunicazione alla super disponibilità ad ogni nostra richiesta o domanda, Lorenzo ci ha aperto le porte di casa sua e forse anche di un pezzo di cuore, sembra che ospita persone per conoscere e farsi conoscere e per far vivere le mura della casa sempre e comunque, anche se loro per lavoro o per altri motivi non riescono starci, ci fanno stare altre persone. E che bella casa poi, una piccola villa in mezzo alla natura di un verde che intossica tutto intorno, arredata con gusto e completa di ogni cosa! Sicuramente torneremo perché una volta che superi il traguardo della Casa di Agata, ti senti in debito per ritornarci. Se si è amanti del verde, della tranquillità, della Toscana con tutto quello che ha da offrire, quella autentica dei borghi, un soggiorno alla Casa di Agata è tutto quello che serve. La camera è esattamente come mostrata in foto; ordinata e spaziosa. Il grande terrazzo privato con idromassaggio è la ciliegina sulla torta. Struttura nel complesso molto bella e dotata di tutti i confort. Colazione molto variegata. Daniela super gentile e disponibile.

Selma and Marco really made our stay the most enjoyable and worth while. They made us feel very welcome in their home, introduced us to their friends and their life in the countryside. She made us a really nice organic breakfast, which was a big plus for us. She showed us which local spots she gets those biological products from and when we visited the makers they definitely gave us a special treatment since we came from Selma and Marco's airbnb ;) We definitely recommend Podere Orzale, and maybe when they finished the pool we will visit again in the future!

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

We made a last minute change of our route along the Via Degli Dei and Chiara’s house was a wonderful mountain chalet that was better than expected. It is right on the trail and a lovely place. Chiara was helpful and flexible upon checking in. Really loved it!

Our stay with Daniella and Enrico (and their 2 lovely dogs Kilian and Mia) was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to their warm hospitality and kind hearts. The views over the valley were simply breathtaking, and the highlight of our visit was an evening at the observatory. Under the stars and moon, Enrico shared his passion and knowledge with us—an experience we’ll never forget. We were also treated to a delicious aperitif with a view that felt like a dream. Daniella and Enrico are the kind of hosts who turn a stay into a memory. Whenever we look up at the stars, we’ll think of this magical place and the beautiful people who made it feel like home
