Close to main attractions, public transports and with local commerce, restaurants and bars. Located in the district of Sao Bento, just next to the parliament, it's surrounded by the districts of Bairro Alto and Principe Real, Chiado, Santa Catarina and Bica, Santos and Estrela. All this within walking distance, just depending on the direction you choose to go! At the end of the street you have the mythic tram 28 which travels around the most important areas of interest through the heart of Lisbon and can easily take you to the Castle, Alfama, Mouraria and Graça, across downtown on to the other hills of Lisbon. Warmly Decorated Loft with an Ocean View

The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. Any special needs, i personaly ill take care.

Only 7min walk to the beach and train station Lisbon - Cascais I love my neighborhood - it is typically Portuguese one - people meet at the modest cafes and restaurants, walk with their families to the beach to have a coffee after lunch. The apartment has recently been remodeled to receive travelers, who wish to be in a typical Portuguese neighborhood by the sea, and yet close to the trendy areas of Estoril and Cascais.

You can drop off luggage as of 13:00, rooms ready at 16:00.
