I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, it felt like our own private paradise. The villa is stunning — spacious, tastefully decorated, and surrounded by lush greenery that makes it feel like a true escape from the outside world. One of the best parts is how private and peaceful it is. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying a meal on the patio, or just relaxing inside, it feels like you have the whole world to yourself. There’s so much to do in the villa itself — we spent our days swimming, playing games, cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen, and simply unwinding in the serene atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for couples, families, or even a solo retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy a luxurious, private stay with plenty of things to do right on-site. Can’t wait to come back!

The place was exactly like the pictures! The bedrooms are so great. It's so perfect for 10+ people because it was so large and spacious. The bathrooms are okay, the only nice bathroom is the largest. The bathroom near the kitchens are very small and there were lots of flying insects. We had hard times finding the villa because it has different location point on Gojek. The amenities and service are incredible! They had everything for eating and cooking. They even had microphone, brooms, and mop. Just lack of mats for us to dry down after swimming. Also, the swimming pool is very nice! Host is very responsive and friendly. We had a great time overall. Thank you very much.

Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Rumahnya bersih banget sesuai dengan deskripsi dan fotonya. Menginap di sini karena akan ada acara di ICE BSD yang lokasinya cukup dekat dengan rumah ini We’ll be back for sure. Thanks Kak Figo and family

The place is located in strategic location and easy to find. The facilities provided are very complete and comfortable for a family stay. David also responsive and warm. Highly recommended!

Definitely a nice place if you’re looking to stay at Cilandak (TB Simatupang) area. The location was great with good accessibility.

It was a good experience, right from the beginning. Always responsive and helpful, even had a staff ready to come by and help with any issue. Great location, if you want to walk to a mall, there’s Aeon mall nearby; lots of small shops in the neighborhood all within walking range. If you stay here, you’d be greeted with water bottles and some munchies, thank you! The place is clean and enjoyable. All in all, twas worth the money. Thanks, Asma. 4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

The place is very near from ICE BSD, you can just walk. This is a good place to stay, everything is clean. Feel like stay in home. Host very responsive.

Tolles zentrales Haus für Gruppen. Der Pool war perfekt für eine Abkühlung. Wir waren alle super zufrieden.

Rumahnya enak bangett, vibe rumah tua tapi isinya barang2 baru, bersih banget. Enak banget pas kunjungan kemarin untuk kerja bareng rekan kantor. Lokasi juga di pinggir jalan gede jadi enak nyarinya. Sebagai host, chris juga sangat responsif dan membantu. Recomended, value for money, rumah kecil di dalam kota jakarta.

Kami sangat nyaman untuk bermalam disini dan mba nur sangat ramah. Saya dan teman bermalam untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan, Wifi nya cukup bagus dan Smart TV nya sangat besar, kebetulan bisa digunakan sebagai pengganti layar proyektor.. sangat rekomendasi

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

Rumahnya nyaman. Bersih. Sesuai deskripsi. We had a private and intimate event and it went smooth with the help of pak Saipul. Air di kamar mandinya kecil. Tp masi bisa di tolerate. Other than that, everything was excellent!
