Amazing, character filled home, comfortable and well appointed and run by good humans!

The whole area of Terra Bella smells of beautful orange blossom during this time. In the mornings, you'll catch an array of birds chirping away in the trees. The host, Joanie, is very thoughtful, leaving fresh fruit in the kitchen and fresh flower bouquets from her garden in each room. I really enjoyed the art displayed in the home illustrated by members of the Paternoster family. We caught a glimpse of the duck, cats, and dogs all of which were very loving! If you enjoy greenery and flowers, animals, and tranquility, you will absolutely enjoy staying at Joanie's place.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect! Conveniently close to the Sequoia National Park entrance and minutes from town for gas, food, and a bit of exploring. The home was beautiful and made for a comfortable, relaxing getaway. We’d definitely consider booking again!

My family booked a 3 night stay at the Iris house, we felt right at home and ultimately my wife wished we booked a longer stay. House smelled and looked very clean upon arrival, instantly my 4 year old was excited for the board games, toys & books. My wife loved the house, and said it was cute & cozy. Our family & dog really enjoyed our time out back with plenty to do. Kermit was readily available for any questions or help. The neighborhood is quiet, even being close to a park and school. Nice area for morning and evening walks , and close to the main road for shopping and restaurants. Beds were clean and very comfortable, we will be back next year!

Very responsive. The listing was accurate. My kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub. I opted to pay the additional fee to have the hot tub heated the first night and Aaron was on top of that and communicated ahead of time to make sure it was ready to go in time.

This is our second time staying with Don. It is a wonderful place. The pool is amazing and warm for us freeze babies. Don was always responsive. The only down side was the shower pressure was to hard.

Juan was an incredible host. He was very flexible and responsive. The place is furnished beautifully with a well stocked kitchen and of course the amazing pool and jacuzzi! We had a great time.

We had a great stay in this comfortable house, plenty of sleeping space, nice quiet neighborhood, clean and welcoming pool and hot tub!! The kitchen was lacking several basic items but upon messaging Rosa about this the items were delivered promptly. Thank you!!

The house is beautiful and clean. It is a dream farmhouse. The horses, pig, and cow on property made it even more magical. The beds and couch were comfortable. The upstairs bathroom is a little odd, but very clean. The craftsmanship is spectacular. 10/10 would recommend!

Dalila’s home was just that, a home. From the moment we walked in, we felt the comfort and coziness of a home and not that of a house rental. Cleanliness- It’s too bad I can only give her five stars. Her home was by far the cleanest of ANY ABnB I have stayed in. Communication - Dalila was prompt and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with our questions. Her communication was consistent throughout my initial inquiry until we checked out. Accommodations - We made a few special requests. Dalila went out of her way to accommodate us when she didn’t have to. This made our stay much more enjoyable. We came to the area for a motocross race at DT-1. We had three 17 yr old boys and three adults. One of the bedrooms had bunkbeds with a trundle. The boys loved the room! There were plenty of sheets, blankets, pillows, lighting, and outlets. By far this is the best AbNb we’ve stayed at. We won’t stay anywhere else when we return to the area! Thank you, Delila!!!

This place was beyond beautiful and the pictures don’t do its justice. The mountain landscape, the sound of the river flowing, and the birds chirping was all I needed. The house looks Victorian from afar which immediately made me fall In love; such a wonderful place to disconnect from our busy city life. We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and it was just perfect. Bree was very attentive to our needs and we plan on coming back in the near future :)

We had a lovely and peaceful stay—great location with a good distance to both the park and the town. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Jamie was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. There were also some nice walking opportunities around the property for the days we weren’t visiting the Sequoias, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!

The house was comfortable and included all the amenities of home with the added benefit of heated floors in the bathrooms - what an unexpected treat! The location is beautiful and the serenity of the river and star-filled sky are priceless. Would definitely recommend!

This home was absolutely beautiful! Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing- or even better. Right when we walked in we were met with a spacious living room. There were snacks, coffee, and wine waiting for us. The cabinets were labeled so it was so easy to find everything we needed (utensils, pans, towels, extra sheets/blankets, etc). The rooms were spacious and each had a closet of their own. There was even an air mattress that we ended up using, super comfortable! Overall it was such a comfortable stay. Mike was always super responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay here again! 🤗

We really enjoyed our stay at Dena's place with my wife and four little girls! It was a perfect location just minutes from the park entrance. The hot tub was wonderful way to relax in the evenings. The kitchen has everything you need and the rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Lovely place! I totally recommend this place!

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist mehr als gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Parken in der Einfahrt. Nette und kompetente Beratung für den Besuch im Sequoia Nationalpark. Exeter ist eine sehr gepflegte Kleinstadt mit netten und hilfsbereiten Menschen. Gleich gegenüber ist ein Mexikanisches Restaurant mit super leckerem Essen. Sollten Freunde von uns in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen, würden wir es ihnen weiterempfehlen. Carrie’s place was the peaceful location we needed while planning our daughter’s wedding.

This was a great place for me & my family to stay while we visited Yosemite, Sequoia, and King’s Canyon National Parks. The view from the deck was phenomenal and very Zen.

The place was wonderful! Very easy to check in, and super close to the Sequioa National Park entrance. We also loved the dvd collection and board games! Lovely spot with gorgeous views and quiet nights among nature.

We got exactly what we wanted from this place. Peace and tranquility. Place was better than we expected. The entire outdoors was green nature. Lots of birds at the backyard, woodpeckers, doves and even a hawks nest where both parents constantly kept bringing food to the nest. The neighbors horses would come drink water right at the edge of this property. The hot tub was great, it was a more updated one than other airbnbs. The grill worked perfectly. AC worked great. Stove worked good. Showers had hot water. All was great. Will return soon!

Beautiful location right on the river with a great yard. Great proximity to Sequoia park, restaurants and shops. The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. Adam was very thorough with instructions and always responsive. Can’t wait to go back!
