Two beds - maximum three people allowed. You can park right next to the house. Close to town. House sits on the alley.

Close walking distance to grocery store, liquor store and downtown restaurants and bars in peaceful Ottawa, Illinois near Starved Rock State Park. Upper level (has stairs) 2 bedroom overlooking the Illinois River, play in the large yard or build a campfire in the fire pit next to the river and just chill.

Your studio, with private entrance, is the lower level of a home. With pinball machines, arcade games, billiards, ping-pong, chess and board games, there’s lots to do when you’re not out enjoying all Starved Rock has to offer. The patio has a wood burning fire pit. Firewood available for $2 a log. No pets allowed.

Washer and dryer are available, but laundry supplies are not included. The space is conveniently located a short, 20 minute drive to Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Park and is a 5 minute drive to downtown where guests can find plenty of dining and shopping options. Not suitable for parties or loud gatherings.

Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.
