It is a short walk to the lake, or quick drive to over 50 wineries, breweries & numerous restaurants. We provide premium bed linens, bath towels, and personal items. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
