The area seemed very safe, and Universal was a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Check out instructions were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

Great apartment, beautifully decorated and great amenities. The location is spectacular; where else can you sit on your private terrace watching the roller coasters at Universal and the fireworks at Magic Kingdom!

We were only there for one night, but everything we needed was there. Close restaurant and sports bar nearby that we went to. Also only 3 miles from our family wedding venue. So it worked perfectly for us. Thank you Sherry!

My family of 3 adults and 1 dog had a fantastic time. What a great location right at the ramp to the beach. We enjoyed the sunrise, ate meals, and had a relaxing evening on the deck. The layout of the unit was perfect. Two nice-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was very workable and had all the utensils you would need. The living room had comfortable furniture with a beautiful view of the ocean. We didn't use the shed with beach chairs/toys, but saw that it was well stocked. We appreciate you allowing our furry family member to join us on this vacation. That is extremely special. We never needed to contact Teri & Frank, everything was perfect!!!!! We are already looking at the calendar to go back. Thanks for sharing your awesome place.

This place was amazing and not far from anything. Place was clean, private, very peaceful. The bed was to die for and like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely a gem to be had whether visiting Disney or diving the lower springs. Restaurants were very close by. Courtney was an amazing host and an amazing place

A nossa estadia na casa de Angela foi maravilhosa , ela respondia tudo que perguntavamos rapidamente , inclusive pedimos alguns itens que tivemos necessidade e prontamente ela providenciou .. O apartamento era exatamente como na foto tinha um lindo lago no condominio , muita privacidade , nao escutavamos barulho nenhum Recomendo demais esta estadia para todos que procuram um espaco agradavel . I stayed here w 2 teenage girls and my mom,and it was good for the 4 of us. Everyone had their own space and the 2 bathrooms made getting ready easy. The kitchen was clean and we cooked many meals to save $. The pool was usually empty, which made it relaxing. The building felt safe even going to take out trash and laundry was safe and easily accessible. The door lock was a little loose but it still secured. We would rent again if back in Orlando !!

Sonya was a wonderful host. She responded to all our questions with in minutes it seemed. Really wanted us to have a nice time. The location is awesome and the view was spectacular. Always great going to sleep at night hearing the waves from the ocean. The restaurants, workout facilities and store across the street were really convenient. The condo fit our needs and we are hoping to be back again soon

Best location to us, since we spent most of time in State Parks and wetlands nearby. Also super convenient when we need to go to downtown. Felt right at home with this beautiful and nicely setup house. Best water pressure and best beds/bedding at Airbnb. The house is so comfortable that we even spent a lot of time working, reading, and chilling at home. Really missed reading at the sofa near the window looking out at the most frequent visitor Great Blue Heron at the lake. Very quiet and peaceful yet so convenient to everything. Our host Valerie and Rinoah are super friendly and responsive. We appreciated their hospitality and keeping this place so beautiful and comfy. Would love to be back anytime we are nearby!

Beautiful and spacious 3/2/2 house with lake view in nice neighborhood. We were 3 dads with 3 12 year olds staying there for baseball tournament in Boombah. It was perfect location close to baseball facilities and many restaurants and shopping, etc. Place was very clean and with all the amenities we would possibly need. Paula is a wonderful and very attentive host.. we really enjoyed our weekend stay!!

Beautifully renovated home in a private and peaceful setting. Tucked in the back of an equestrian neighborhood with frequent deer and turkey sightings. Home was well stocked and had everything we needed.

Our stay was wonderful! After looking at many places, we decided on the Gemini Lake House. It was super close to Stetson, Stanford and New Smyrna beach too. I was so impressed with the thoughtfulness of every detail. I will give no spoiler alerts as the details were so pleasant. The beds upstairs were co cozy & the linens were too. The Views from the master of the Lake were priceless and so was the sunrise! I stayed with both my boys (15 & 18) and felt very safe in the home and area. Being from Minnesota and Georgia, we were not used to alligators in lakes so we were so nervous about being on the dock with it low to the water. But- we caught a fish and never saw any gators (trust me I looked out my window at night and in am lol) The downstairs was fun for us to play pool and view the lake as well. It was just us 3 so we didn't use the 2 bedrooms and kitchen or bathroom downstairs. I would love to see the bedrooms downstairs with either new LVT or newer carpet. We Loved our stay!! book

Great house with tons of space and a pretty lake view out back. Nice that the master is on the opposite end of the house from the rest of the guests. House was in excellent condition, in a quiet neighborhood, and the host was so helpful....even had coffee, crib sheets, and a high chair delivered (so our little one had a place to eat). We would recommend this to anyone.

Hammock House was the perfect rustic retreat. Nestled deep within Kelly Rock Springs State Park, it’s a truly off-grid experience while still being close to Orlando and stunning state parks connected to the Wekiva River. The property is charming and cozy, with comfortable beds, clean linens, and a historic feel. Families should be mindful that we’re guests in the wildlife’s home, so encounters with black bears, bobcats, and other native species are possible. Be sure to leave no trace and stay up to date on tick and bug prevention. We loved the peaceful nature, wildlife sightings, and the chance to unplug. Despite its remote feel, the house has modern amenities, including Starlink WiFi, TV service, and a fire pit for classic campfire moments. Arden and Courtney were wonderful hosts, making our stay seamless. If you’re looking to escape the hustle of Orlando’s theme parks and experience a piece of Old Florida, Hammock House is a magical, unforgettable retreat.

Coastal Soul was the perfect place to stay, everything was as listed, comfy, cozy and a great beachy vibe. we had a great view of the ocean and we felt at home. Will definitely stay here again. Amy is a great host and we highly recommend staying here. We had a great week. Joe and Ann

The house was perfect and spacious!! Very clean and the young adults loved the ping pong table! The adults loved the comfy couch!! Would def come back and stay here!!

Great place to stay for our family. Having a pack n play already at the condo made it that much easier for us. It’s not walking distance to the downtown strip but it’s only a short drive. We liked the quieter location with our toddler. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay, even beach chairs and toys. We will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at ease. The location couldn’t be better—just two blocks south of lively Flagler Avenue, so dining, shopping, and nightlife were all within easy walking distance. Plus, beach access was super convenient, making morning walks and sunset views effortless. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of the area!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Pelican. The condo was perfect for my family. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. It was clean & is nicely decorated. The fridge did freeze some of our food that was in the produce bins. We figured out how to use the upper shelves and that worked better.
