I had a fantastic stay! The house was like new, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was amazing—so attentive and accommodating, yet also respectful of my privacy. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, peaceful and serene. Perfect location in a private & quiet country setting, just minutes away from restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc. Although in Sanford, it only took ~50 minutes to get to Disney via 417. Luxurious & inspiring interior with professional design. Every bed was oh-so-comfy, including the twin beds. Fabulous & comfortable screened porch. We didn't want to leave & look forward to hopefully staying again...Wonderful! The host is excellent at communications.

This house was great for a long weekend with our family of 7 adults. It was easy to come and go from the events we had planned, since it is close to main roads. However, the neighborhood was quiet and the pool area was private. We appreciated small details like the Scrub Daddy sponge smiling in the kitchen as well as the glass 9x13 pans and a large bowl for our tossed salad. The pool heat was perfect, the dining table was great for games, and the beds were comfortable. Loida answered all our inquiries promptly when we had questions. We would recommend this home if you are staying in the Oviedo area.

Marilyn’s home is the perfect place to stay. Comfortable well equipped. Easy to get to, well maintained and squeaky clean. We had a great day and we will be back soon.

Stayed here for my cousins wedding. It was a great place to stay. My dog enjoyed the backyard and the house was very nice. Would be a place we would stay again if needed!

The home is beautiful and welcoming. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard and easy outside access. House amenities were easy to find and use. The girls loved having their own space away from the master. Would 10/10 recommend. We hope to stay there in the future when visiting our local family.

We were in town for my son’s wedding this past week. We had a variety of family - both old and young - that we were trying to please. This place checked all the boxes we were looking for - spacious, clean, easy to get in and out, great pool and outside area (perfect for relaxing during the day). Lots of little touches as well - soap, shampoo, plenty of towels and extra linens, we even found some sunscreen one afternoon for the pool. We had a great stay and Jose was extremely helpful along the way. Definitely will stay here again in the future as we come back to FL to visit my son and new daughter-in-law! Thank you!

This was a wonderful little house! It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The hosts communicated well about check-in, where to park, and guests staying in the larger attached house. The neighborhood is within walking distance to downtown Sanford and the riverwalk, making it an ideal location.

What a great experience. This was our first stay at Airbnb and what a pleasurable time it was the accommodations were excellent the place was immaculate it was centrally located the hosts were awesome we could have asked for a better trip and without a doubt we will be back Thanks again Eliana & Anthony you guys are the best Thanks Rick & Natalie

We stayed at Sarah’s place for a a baseball tournament weekend. Its 10 min away from the field. Great location.

Denny and Jay’s Airbnb was the perfect peaceful spot for our long weekend. The street was very quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the porch and looking out at the park. The location was perfect, a short walk to restaurants and shops and the lake. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the Sanford area.

We enjoyed our stay with Chrissy very much. Everything was as stated in the ad. Chrissy is very friendly and very responsive. She accommodates every wish possible. It was our best AirBnb stay ever. If you want to experience Sanford and Central Florida, stay with Chrissy!

This place was perfect for us (two adults and one child)… very clean, right on the beach and great location. My only feedback would be that the check in instructions were confusing. It said to check in at the front office but then the front office said we didn’t need to and the code to the keypad didn’t work… so we had to get keys from a lockbox. Other than that, it was great and we would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great, as advertised. Very clean, spacious, and in a great community. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great value and amazing place to stay.

Peaceful, quiet, beach retreat. If you are looking for a quiet beach location away from the hustle and bustle this is a great spot. Clean amenities throughout the condo complex and this condo is spotless! Would definitely recommend this place!

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

We really loved our stay here! The space was super clean, roomy, and felt really comfortable—plenty of space for the kids to play and relax. The location was great, close to everything but still peaceful. The keyless entry made things so easy, and the place had all the little amenities that made it feel like home. It was such a great spot for a family getaway—would definitely stay again

Great place to stay in NSB! Steps away from all restaurants and bars on Flagler. Easy beach access. Condo was a great size for 6 people. Super quiet for proximity to all NSB activities. Pool area was great. Can’t wait to go back for another visit.
