Gorgeous place, warm and generous host - this is a unique experience where everything feels good, with eye for detail and comfort. Nice daytrips (Petra Winery and villages, coast) to be mixed with relaxing and enjoying the view. Very grateful for the three days, the kindness, dog Pepe, the fab handpicked wild flower bouquets and nice conversations. Going up and down the mountain is an experience too and so worth it!!!! Big thank you Susanna, also for the drives and the car! Would love to come back & we recommend this big and comfi appartement for 2-3 day stay or longer!

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to the Conad supermarket and it has a large kitchen with all the cookware and space to make a good meal. We were happy to have the ice maker built-in the fridge for our drinks. We also liked the smart TV where we could watch shows in English since we are tourists and don’t understand Italian. Proximity to the beaches was good. We thought this house had an ocean view, and even though it doesn’t, the beaches are close by and absolutely stunning. I think this part of Italy is a hidden gem.

Innanzitutto vorrei sottolineare la disponibilità e la cortesia delle persone che ci hanno accolto. L'agriturismo si trova abbastanza vicino a luoghi d'interesse e allo stesso tempo ben isolato perché sopra una collina... ideale! La struttura è ampia e ben organizzata in due blocchi e questo assicura calma e privacy. L'appartamento molto grazioso, rustico e accogliente.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno a roma. Appartamento molto pulito e confortevole! Host gentilissimo! Lo consigliamo vivamente!

L'appartamento di Nicole è una piccola perla incastonata nella meravigliosa cornice della porta di ingresso a Montepulciano. Adiacente all'inizio del caratteristico Corso, in cui si affacciano tutti i locali che si possono ammirare comodamente a piedi, inoltrandosi, in una piacevole passeggiata fino a raggiungere i numerosi scorci panoramici sulle estese terre senesi. L'alloggio riporta all'infanzia, di chi come me, aveva il privilegio di raggiungere i nonni in paese e di passare giornate indimenticabili, circondati da mobili accoglienti, tendine ricamate e tanto tanto buon profumo ☺️ Grazie ancora Nicole e mi raccomando continua a fare questo, offrire un ricordo di vita del passato e non una fugace fuga dal presente🤗❤️

Nice apartment with large patio including a barbecue, ocean views with sunrise. Garage with door available short walk away, somewhat tight but fits small/medium-sized vehicle. Walkable 10-15 minutes downhill to nearby restaurants and stores. Great host, readily available and helpful.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

The house was beautiful and the balconies were lovely! Dominik was so kind and helpful answering all our questions and gave us baby friendly amenities! He even gave us free eggs from the kitchen! Thank you, Sophie
