The Location is right smack in the middle of Orchard Road and there are a lot of great restaurant in the vicinity. The listing is as description and the photo matches the place that i stayed. The building is old but was pretty well maintained overall, Do run the water a bit during your stay as there might be some chock-age for the drainage linked to the bathtub, this will also allowed rust residue to be emptied for the rest of the stay. Overall great stay and great host. Would recommend for people that are looking for a good location and spacious apartment to stay in Singapore.

Nice clean apartment and very central for Orchard Road. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and taxi stop on the next block. Room was as advertised, clean and tidy. Apartment is a bit older but everything worked well. Good aircon!

This property is extremely tourist friendly. it is right in the middle of an extremely large amount of stores from economic to high end. it is also very close to the train system, which is very easy to learn, extremely clean, and very safe. This will let you visit virtually the entire country seeing amazing sites, have fabulous dinners, and accomplish everything that you could possibly want and go to Singapore for. The highlight of this property, however, was found in a very unusual and most unexpected spot. Raymond is a security guard who works at Park Suites. He is extremely intelligent not only about Singapore but Malaysia and other surrounding countries. Make sure to find him when you get there. We traveled with him to Malaysia, which is only 30 minutes away, and learned so much more about Singapore because of him. Raymond is the true Jewel of Singapore, and because of him, we will stay at Park Suites again and would be happy to pay twice as much for the stay. Do search him out.

Absolutely loved the accommodation. Do close to Bugis and City Hall MRT. Hosts were brilliant and very responsive when I had questions to ask, even questions not relating to the accommodation. I will definitely look to use you again if I come back to Singapore and will recommend you to anyone I know who is traveling to Singapore.

Cody little room. Convenient access to many restaurants. It’s a pity the gym nearby has closed down.

This location is great. A short walk round the back gets you to Duxton and tanjong pagar. The rooms are large and well equipped. Plenty of storage space for long term rents. Super clean. Despite being in busy road my room was very quiet. WiFi very good. Check in and out was super smooth with everyone being 5 minutes early - like clockwork. Certainly recommend 100%

The room was exactly same as pictures, really clean and everything was great. Thick towels and great bedding, and multiple pillows, which is really great for a good night’s rest. It might just be the best Airbnb we’ve had in the Seine Region apartments. The water pressure in the showers will also very strong, and there was ample hot water. However, if you are showering using both toilet toilets, the water pressure will be lesser for both units but that’s fine. Overall, would totally stay again!

The stay at Moulmein Suites was fantastic on every level! The rooms are so clean and well equipped with wonderful bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, water, coffee, tea and all bathroom amenities. It is quiet and nice location close to transportation and shopping. My favorite aspect was the property manager, Cathy, who was on site and ready to help in any way possible. Cathy was so accommodating, professional and kind. The owner YiYi is terrific to work with; and communicates quickly and clearly. I can't wait to come back again!

The apartment offers all the amenities as advertised: great location that connects to both bus and MRT service within walking distance (Novena is convieniently close on foot). There one would also find all the shopping for one´s stay, including groceries, if needed. The apartment is serviced and the staff is really friendly and accommodating. The size of the bedroom is okay for three grown-ups, 2 AC´s are standard, so cool-down after a hot day in Singapore is a must. Kitchen is fully equipped, bath is clean as is the whole flat and the building. We had a really great time and can fully recommend this apartment!

Some pros of this place: 1. Really central and near to KSL and CIQ! 2. Great views and security 3. Washing machine and dryer works as intended + laundry powder was provided !! 4. All the electronics worked well, including shower heater, fan, kettle, AC and fridge 5. Shower water pressure was great, however additional hooks to hang clothes would be appreciated 🙏🏼 6. Beds were comfortable 7. Lots of pillows!! 8. No noise from neighbours + condo rubbish bin is nearby Some cons to note: 1. We were unlucky: the swimming pool water looked green and needed maintenance; some gym equipments weren’t working as well TT 2. My mum’s side of the bed wasn’t clean and she was kept up by itchy spots on her legs 3. Toilet paper was very thin, such that in one night we (4 pax) used 2.5 rolls 4. Shampoo and body wash were in really small hotel containers and shampoo quality was poor 5. It was abit smaller than expected but still great for a short stay! Just bring your hair conditioner XD

the host, Jovin was super friendly ,helpful and always on time when we texted her. we even asked if we could do a late checkout by 30-60mins timeframe. and she didnt hesitate to said yes. definitely recommend her stays !

Amazing place generally but the surrounding areas were kinda questionable. There’s no wifi tho so be prepared. Other than that, the place was clean and calm. Nice view from the balcony. Enjoyed it.

I truly enjoyed staying at Pan Pacific Serviced Residence. It's directly connected to MRT Somerset and a large shopping mall Somerset 313, it means you can save a lot of time either commuting for work or eating out. Pool and gym was so clean that I could enjoy peaceful evenings there. Room was crystal clean and was cleaned everyday. Reception staff Marvin was so kind that I could feel like home. Breakfast buffet is of high quality so it is a must try if you have time in the morning. Definitely would stay here again if I come to Singapore.

Mark’s fortville Airbnb housing was no less than an amazing place to stay at. The views were good, the place was huge and it really made the stay enjoyable and free of worries.

A Wonderful 3D2N Stay in Batam! I had an amazing 3D2N stay in Batam, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! The accommodation was perfect – extremely accessible with a nearby mall and the ferry center just a stone's throw away, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The highlight of my stay was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and even extended a complimentary late check-out until 1pm, which was such a lovely touch. It really made my trip feel even more relaxed and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a visit to Batam. The location, convenience, and the wonderful service made it a truly memorable experience. Looking forward to coming back soon!
