Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Außerdem bietet die Lage ein optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Teich am Hof eine optimale Abkühlung im Sommer oder Platz zum Eishockey-spielen im Winter und der Stall und die Gehege eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit den Tieren etwas näher zu kommen. Das Apartment bietet Platz für maximal 6 Personen und einen tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der lichtdurchfluteten, großzügigen Räume, komfortablen Bett, außergewöhnlichen Raumgestaltung, vollausgestatteten Küche, Gemütlichkeit und sehr ruhigen Lage. Meine Unterkunft ist in Mitten der Natur von Wald und Wiesen umgeben, perfekt für Luxus suchenden Paare die Zeit für sich haben wollen.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The 80 m² apartment consists of a spacious living-kitchen area with a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as a spacious terrace with a mountain view. The flat can accommodate 2-4 people (max. 2 adults, with children).

Our quiet, sunny apartment is the ideal starting point for your vacation in the Dolomites; in Siusi allo Sciliar at the foot of the beautiful Alpe di Siusi. In 5 minutes you are on foot in the center and the cable car to the Alpe di Siusi is easily accessible in about 15 minutes on foot (or by shuttle bus).
