A fantastic secluded space for 2 with great amenities and well equipped kitchen. Not in the centre of Paris but in a village-like area of Montreuil totally quiet and peaceful. Easy to get into town via Metro or velib (recommended!). Wonderful, responsive hosts. Great art book library.

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

This is a beautiful house. You feel like a guest in their family home. The garden is a lovely bonus when staying in Paris. Cool and restful. There was loads of room for our family of 5 and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The RER is just a few minutes walk away. Great place to stay.

Great spot for a big group or family. Funky house layout (lots of stairs), but it has all the necessary beds for 8 people (3 queen beds and 2 twin/ kid beds in the attic). (The kids' room fit two adults fine, even with low ceilings). No air conditioning, BUT if you open the windows, the nighttime breeze was actually very cool (even in the summer), and fans were provided. The kitchen, living room, and terrasse were AMAZING! We loved having group dinners outside and the kitchen has everything you need and more! Also loved the washer/dryer. Amenities were the best. The neighborhood is more calm and quiet. The home is close to a cute park and some good kebab/halal food options. A little walk from the subway - about 12-15 minutes. Overall, everything felt clean and well-kept. The hosts were clear with instructions and very friendly.

Très bon séjour, j'adore le quartier où il se trouve, avec un super marché, boulangeries, des magazines et restaurants et le métro pas loin et les proprietaires sont très gentils, ils aident beaucoup et vous laissent sentir comfortable.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, tout à fait conforme à la description! Dounia et son époux sont des hôtes très réactifs, sympathiques et extrêmement serviables, merci à eux!! Je recommande à cent pour cent.

What a fabulous apartment! — spacious, comfortable, whimsically-appointed, and with a super comfy bed, a great shower, and everything you could need in the kitchen. Morning coffee on the balcony was a highlight. The nearest metro station is just a few minutes away, and don’t forget to spend time walking, jogging, or lingering in the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaumont—just across the street. Madeleine was great—super-responsive and helpful!

Die Wohnung liegt in der einer wunderbaren, belebten Gegend, toller Startpunkt für Erkundungen der Stadt in alle Richtungen. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Der Louvre ist zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten entfernt. (Frühstücksempfehlung: Café Du Centre um die Ecke. Eigentlich eine Empfehlung für den ganzen Tag.) Das Haus ist groß, sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Trotz der belebten Umgebung ist die großzügige Wohnung sehr ruhig und toll zum Ausruhen. Der Balkon mit Blick auf die Eiffelturmspitze ist umwerfend. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, neu und sehr geschmackvoll. Alles ist sehr sauber und im Überfluss vorhanden. Wir haben uns gleich bei Betreten der Wohnung sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Kommunikation mit Brigitte war sehr nett. Zeitnahe Antworten und flexible Möglichkeiten. Alles einfach perfekt. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank an Brigitte!

My fiance and I stayed here for our honeymoon! This airbnb is in the most perfect location. Our host had sweets, fruit, a bottle of wine, and pastries waiting for us upon arrival which was the most amazing touch after 12+ hours of travel!The apartment itself has everything you need from multiple different coffee machines, to a well stocked kitchen, refrigerator, and even a washer and drying rack! The view from this place is amazing and the location is even better. Right across the street from two great restaurants and a one minute walk from Chez Janou! Lots of shopping right around the corner. Would 100% recommend staying here and would definitely stay here when in Paris again!

After a day of cycling through Paris, the house of Victoria is perfect to relax. A cosy and peaceful house, though near the Périphérique. The subway around the corner, and for cycling is Paris ideal from the center to her place. And not to forget the beautiful garden aside the house. Victoria is a very nice and communicative host.....we will come back again and I truly recommend Victoria's place!

I have stayed for three weeks in Eva's place for a business trip. She is very kind, responsive, and helpful. I really like her place as it has everything I needed and also is very clean. I will stay at her place whenever I visit Paris. Thank you Eva for everything!

Appartement agréable très calme dans une cours intérieur arborée. Petites attention particulières très agréables tels que quelques brioches, jus de fruit et eaux plates et gazeuses a disposition dans le frigo. nous recommandons

This place is roomy, well equipped with whateveyou might need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The police station is literally around the corner. In addition, the building has a lift. You need to manouver five steps or so, to get to the landing to use it, but otherwise no problem. Plenty of restaurants, two great bakeries, and a Monoprix supermarket are within 5-10 minutes walk. Bus #86 or #76 as well as Metro will get you to all the sites easily and cheaply. Nicolas and Helene are very responsive and allowed us early access when we checked in. Overall, a quiet neighborhood with access to whatever you need without the hustle bustle of the Marais or Latin Quarter. Full disclosure, this is an older building and some of the walls in the hallways and apartment have some plaster/paint peeled off or peeling off. While initially a little unusual, it impacts not at all on your stay. This wouldn’t preclude us from renting here again.

Die Unterkunft hat unseren Kurzurlaub in Paris perfekt gemacht. Die Lage ist ideal und gut zu Fuss vom Gare du Nord erreichbar. Wir konnten viel zu Fuss, aber auch mit der Metro unternehmen. In fussläufiger Entfernung befindet sich ein guter Supermarkt sowie ein Bäcker und viele weitere Läden und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man benötigt. Alexandre ist sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und Alexandre hat uns proaktiv mit allen Informationen versorgt, die wir benötigten. Es waren sogar bei Ankunft verschiedene Getränke, Brot, so wie Butter und Marmelade vor Ort. Check in und Check out waren unkompliziert und zeitlich flexibel. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Alain was a great host, he helped get my luggage with from a local cafe. He was kind and thoughtful. His place is perfect for a queer/gay person like me. He’s a talented photographer with an eye for beauty. I recommend his spot and hope he will have me again. The train and bus are right outside and I couldn’t ask for a better place with a view of the very top of the Eiffle tower. Alain thanks for making my trip to Paris Amazing

Vi boede to voksne og vores store søn på 15 på værelse med ekstra opredning. Det fungerede perfekt. Sengene var nye og rigtig gode at sove i. Anne-Claude er den mest perfekte vært. Sød, imødekommende, meget vidende om alt hvad man ønsker at vide om Paris. Morgenmaden er så dejlig med hjemmelavet youghurt, hjemmebagt brød, dejlig kaffe og meget mere. Vi følte og meget trygge i den smukke lejlighed, der trods sin centrale beliggenhed var meget stille og rolig. Beliggenheden er perfekt lige ved Gare du Nord hvorfra du kan komme alle steder hen i Paris. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage og bor hos Anne-Claude og Pascal.

We had a wonderful stay at Morgan’s place for our few days in Paris. The location is perfect for getting to anywhere you would like in the city by either walking or taking the metro. Morgan was very helpful in providing recommendations for us before and during our visit. The breakfast that was laid out each morning was stellar!! The room and attached washroom are quite small as described, but perfectly suitable for two people. Would stay again!

The pictures do not do any justice for how beautiful the view is. Both Odile and Armel were amazing hosts - we woke up every morning smelling the fresh croissants. Super séjour chez Margaret qui est une hôte parfaite : chaleureuse, présente sans être intrusive. Sa maison (avec jardin !) est magnifique. Le quartier commerçant de Vincennes est proche (10 minutes à pied) et vert (Château de Vincennes et parc). La ligne 1 permet de rejoindre Paris sans difficulté. Je recommande !

Each morning, I was greeted with the smell of fresh bread, and other homemade treats that tasted just as good as they smelled. It felt like waking up in a cozy countryside bakery every day. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged with everything I needed. But it was the warmth of the hosts that made the stay unforgettable. They were kind, attentive, and always happy to chat or offer local recommendations.
