The property is Right next to the tea estate, amazingly maintained, beautifully kept the European essence. Best for family of 5-7 members. They have huge balcony, spacious rooms, decent kitchen/study/living space. Overall Loved the support and hospitality. Nishant is a gem… he really went out of the way to help us. Note- google Maps doesn’t work accurately here, do not follow Gmaps… I strongly recommend to stay in constant touch with host while coming here.

Lovely and peaceful place to get rid of the stressful life and work. Beautiful place with a well maintained garden and feels like home. Mr Ashwin and his father(who is a very friendly and humble person) hosted us like their own family. A place with privacy and a good vibe. I would highly recommend to everyone to try this place. Its nearby to all the tourist attractions and locations. I guarantee that you will want to come back again and again. Will surely come back whenever me and my wife is in Kerala. We took a private pool cottage with two bedrooms for our family of 5 including two kids. The cottage was neat, private and the pool was the right size for the kids. The pool was also maintained well. The food was homely and tasty and was reasonable price. There was a small water fall and a stream inside the property. They are still developing the property and it would have been nice to have. a small hike in the property with pathways through the cardamom plantations. They gave coupons for us to the nearby vagamon heights adventure park which was also great and did some activities there Vipin , the caretaker was always available on phone. He was very pleasant and always ready to help with all our needs. A great place for a family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this homestay. The house had such a good feeling about it, and we really enjoyed being there. It was so calm and cozy that we spent most of our time just relaxing at the homestay instead of going out. A big thank you to Shiby, the caretaker, for being so helpful during our stay. The property is impeccable with beautiful and calming view right from your window every morning. The sort of off-roading towards the property makes your stay even better. Our caretaker Laiju was very kind and accommodated everything we wanted. The host Milen was super helpful right from the day we booked this property, he was always available for any query of ours and gave us right guidance on the directions before we got to the property. The place is pet friendly as-well and my dog enjoyed the environment as much as we could. Overall the place is a steal deal.
