The place was as described -clean, cozy, and well-kept. The environment was calm and peaceful & perfect for our stay. I'd definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

We rented Valentina's beach house to avoid Hurricane Milton. We had a great time and would stay there again. The host was incredible helpful and understanding of our situation. She made a difficult situation much easier.

We have been traveling with friends to the Seabreeze Jazz Festival in PCB for five years. The first year we stayed on the 18th floor of a high-rise condo on the beach. At the end of our stay, we decided that did not suit us and we looked for a home to rent. We lucked out and found the Grey Narwhal which is where we stayed the following year. This year (2025) was our fourth consecutive year staying there and we are already booked for next April. The house is exactly as described. It is very comfortable with a kitchen full of all the amenities that we need. Everything in the house is good to excellent quality from the crockery in the kitchen to the bed linens and towels. There’s also some interesting reading material; if you choose to stay at the Grey Narwhal, look for the Ladybird books for adults on the shelf above the couch. Great reading! Paul and Janet are extremely responsive and friendly hosts and have given us great recommendations in the past. Looking forward to 26!

There were a few issues such as a clogged sink, pool light was out, no broom at the house, no beach towels as described and these were resolved immediately. The maintenance guy was there within minutes of our call to fix each problem and provide the missing amenities. Side note - Highly recommend renting the golf cart. We were able to access just about everything we wanted to do via golf cart. The kids loved it! Overall the house was exactly what we needed and our family of 16 had a wonderful stay there. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!

We called this home the Flip-flop house! Super cozy and decorated with a great beach vibe. Conveniently located to Schooners, Patches, Fins and much more. Loved it!

Felt right at home! Everything needed was provided, loved the outside setup we were even able to bbq!! 100% recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dodie's place. Everything looked as the pictures showed. Had pretty much everything you would need to make yourself at home. Very quiet, peaceful area, with occasional roosters crowing in the background. Had a problem getting the tv in living room to come on, but messaged her, and within minutes, she gave clear instructions, and said if we had problems, it would be no problem coming to show us. Also a problem with hot tub(since we don't have one, and didn't know how to work it). She has beach chairs, coolers, dog treats, dog crates etc. First time we traveled this far with our girl Lucy. She was very comfortable staying in crate while we were gone(she was crate trained as a puppy) The beach is easy to get to. Russell Fields pier isn't far. Walmart isn't far if you need groceries, beach wear etc. I let my husband fish, while I enjoyed the peace and quiet at the house, and finished a book while I was there. I think you will really enjoy Dodie's place!!

Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

Mark was very proactive in noticing construction noise in the area and made alternate accommodations at a second property before my arrival. He also was easy to connect with and responsive. I had a late night arrival and he made sure lights were on. The Gulf Drive unit met the expectations of the pictures he provided. I would return to it.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. Perfect location, with a fantastic coffee shop, a brewery, and multiple good restaurants less than a minute from our doorstep. Dedicated parking space right outside the front door. Keypad entry to access the porch area gives extra peace of mind. Being right in the heart of things, I was worried that nightlife noise would keep me awake but the brick building insulates you from the noise. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. Plenty of hot water for showers. Kitchen was nice, with the little touches. The French press was good to see, although The Press coffee shop rendered it unnecessary for me. Plenty of comfortable seating in the common areas. If this place is available, do not hesitate to book. El Weirdo’s has good tacos, History Class Brewing is top notch, and the farmer’s market on Saturdays is super fun. This area is a hidden gem and this property is a great way to experience it.

Was the perfect stay for our small family. Everything was walkable, the beach was perfect! Laundry and kitchen were the perfect touch. Will totally book again next time we come through Florida!

Stunning view from the penthouse house balcony! Comfortable sleeping options, and a clean spacious condo! We had everything we needed! Keith was very responsive and helpful. We arrived a couple hours early and he was so nice to let us check in early! Very smooth check in process. Please ignore the complaints about the issues with elevators. Read thoroughly through the condo’s description before booking. This condo is on the 29th floor of a 30 floor building. You will have to wait a little on an elevator BUT we really had no issues. When one was down we just went to one of the seven other elevators! Keith’s penthouse condo is worth every penny spent!

Listing was as pictured. Beautiful views, clean, had everything you would need. Only complaint I have is our power went out for 6 hrs and when I contacted the host for compensation for that night the host didn’t want to offer compensation whatsoever. I do understand it is not the host’s fault that the power went out but it was definitely a inconvenience, it was late at night so it was dark, we couldn’t charge phones or take a shower, cook, watch tv, my elderly father couldn’t use his breathing machine etc but other than that in general i would recommend. It was a great stay minus that night.

This was a beautiful condo. Everything was so perfect. The view of the gulf from the couch was a nice touch. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the condo was perfect! Communication from the owners was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again when we come back.

Our stay at Debora's listing in Panama City Beach was amazing! We had lots of space for six of us and the rooftop was absolutely amazing. The rooftop was completely private with no rooftop neighbors. The views were also beautiful from every room! Only concern was the cleanliness of the bathrooms and there was some sand in the sheets of one bed upon arrival. Other than those two areas the space was clean. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

5 stars all the way for what we were looking for: a great location, on the beach with a beautiful view. I'm not sure there is another place that could deliver on the level this condo did for all those features. As a host, Dave was proactive on checking in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly and was ready to respond if we needed anything. Also appreciated the value and flexible cancellation policy. However, one caveat: there were few small things detracted slightly from our stay (but not enough to take away a star). Just some small things. We received additional "instructions" or chores that were not included in the listing. Dump the water from three dehumidifiers (which are loud, run constantly and blow out warm air) daily or the AC will shut down. Upon leaving, do the dishes, take out the trash, remove all linens and put them by the washer (all of which we did). $300 cleaning fee for?... Also, a request to "leave a 5 star review because anything less is a 'bad review'".

My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was thoroughly clean, beautifully furnished, and in a picturesque and private area. The beautiful beach was within walking distance and the pool was directly downstairs. We highly recommend Oana’s Destin getaway!

Just stayed at Lev’s beautiful condo for 5 days it was amazing! The sunrises are beautiful as are the sunsets the condo is exactly as described and the view is breathtaking! Lev is a wonderful host quick response to all messages and sent proactive clear communication! I will definitely stay here on my next trip to PCB!

We had a wonderful time here for our birthdays. Listening to the ocean was so relaxing. The condo was clean and spacious and being right on the beach was so convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well. We would definitely stay here again!
