Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

Just remodeled for a more spacious 400 Square feet , with two gravity recliners and a comfy queen bed and private bathroom and light eating area. We are located on a full half acre. We live in the main house and the studio is in the front of our house, not on ocean side, a View of the ocean can be seen from the kitchen window , there’s a private courtyard that takes you to the ocean. Please do not bring any cooking devices as this is not allowed, A 110 plug is there for EV chargers.

The Agate House Between Yachats and Florence

Our house is an eclectic, bright, and cozy family home. Enjoy a warm fire in front of the wood stove, cook a meal while visiting friends in the large kitchen/dining area, or storm watch from the picture windows. The house is 10 minutes from Yachats (food, brewery, shops, etc) and 15 minutes to Florence old town, the dunes, and restaurants. It is minutes away from many beaches and hikes.
