The apartment has a private entrance which leads to a large deck. The space includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, the living area has a queen size sofa-sleeper, a single sleeper convertible armchair & dining table with 4 seats. Huge flat screen TV with cable and High Speed Wifi. We are 4 blocks from Golden Gate Park and 2 blocks from Sutro Park with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. A few minutes walk to Lands End trails, Sutro Baths Ruins and down to Ocean Beach.

Immerse yourself in our cozy guest room in the Outer Richmond. Just 10 blocks from Ocean Beach, three to Scenic Land's End (views of the GG bridge), historic Sutro Baths and Sutro Heights park along with Golden Gate Park down the hill. A short walk to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly room, free street parking. This is not an apartment, it's a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom. We have happily resided in the Richmond District for almost 30 years.

Relax in our beautiful newly renovated flat. Both bathrooms remodeled and new. The kitchen was updated and the wood floors just polished. I added a penthouse suite for me to live in on the top floor, so others can enjoy the rest of my flat. Your space will be entirely private. I can be present for any issues. There is a beautiful patio to enjoy outdoors. Sorry, absolutely no parties, Karaoke or boomboxes. We are exempt from hosting Service and Emotional support animals due to my health issues.

Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

Relax with the whole family in the top floor of a chic house located within walking distance of Ocean Beach, Golden Gate Park, and Lands' End. Main floor: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. All mattresses are recently updated. The third room is an office with a double bed. The living room has a foam sofa (Jaxx Zipline Convertible Sleeper Sofa & Three Ottomans) that converts into a king-size bed.

Quiet private entrance stay in a cute Outer Richmond house just two blocks from Ocean Beach! Come stay in what was recently one of the top 40 neighborhoods in the world by Time Out Magazine! Hear the waves from bed, get some work done in the office, cook dinner and watch TV in the kitchen/living room. Nestled in the back of the house behind our garage, this place is free of any street noise or views in from other houses. Street parking is easy on our block, no dedicated parking!

gigi's bed and breakfast

This a private 800 sq ft apartment without a full kitchen, it is at garden level. I live above on street level. The garden is shared space. There are books and movies available free WiFi and lots of room to spread out. You will be my only guests so you get my full attention. Breakfast is a generous continental style delivered to your door in the morning. It includes pastry fresh OJ fruit plate and yogurt all subject to change to meet your dietary restrictions.

NOTICED THERE ARE TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. Not suitable for people with mobility issues, children, or guests with heavy or multiple suitcases.

Ocean Beach is just steps from your doorstep!   Close to Land's End, Sutro Baths, Golden Gate Park, the Cliff House, Beach Chalet, and much more. Groceries, bike rental, EV charging, and bus lines are just across the street. Dining and shopping options along the Balboa corridors are all within walking distance. Hosts reside on-site throughout guest stays.
