We are about a 30-second walk to the large and friendly resort pool, and a quick zip to the most beautiful beaches in the country. Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

Welcome to paradise! Walk to the beach or pool in a few short steps. Newly renovated from top to bottom. Modern décor with costal touches. My home-away-from-home is easily bike-able to Seaside and other local attractions. The Seaside Pavilion is exactly 1.3 miles (7 min by bike) to the West, and The Hub on 30A is 3.4 miles (15 min by bike) to the East. This lovely studio features a fully equipped kitchen and a fold down couch that converts into a twin bed.
