If you are looking for a vacation spot in Panama I would definitely recommend Alicia and John!!! They were super friendly and helpful and were always available if I had any questions or concerns. I would stay here again. This place is close to many areas on 30A but on a small dead end street with virtually no traffic. Very peaceful.

We rented Valentina's beach house to avoid Hurricane Milton. We had a great time and would stay there again. The host was incredible helpful and understanding of our situation. She made a difficult situation much easier.

We have been traveling with friends to the Seabreeze Jazz Festival in PCB for five years. The first year we stayed on the 18th floor of a high-rise condo on the beach. At the end of our stay, we decided that did not suit us and we looked for a home to rent. We lucked out and found the Grey Narwhal which is where we stayed the following year. This year (2025) was our fourth consecutive year staying there and we are already booked for next April. The house is exactly as described. It is very comfortable with a kitchen full of all the amenities that we need. Everything in the house is good to excellent quality from the crockery in the kitchen to the bed linens and towels. There’s also some interesting reading material; if you choose to stay at the Grey Narwhal, look for the Ladybird books for adults on the shelf above the couch. Great reading! Paul and Janet are extremely responsive and friendly hosts and have given us great recommendations in the past. Looking forward to 26!

There were a few issues such as a clogged sink, pool light was out, no broom at the house, no beach towels as described and these were resolved immediately. The maintenance guy was there within minutes of our call to fix each problem and provide the missing amenities. Side note - Highly recommend renting the golf cart. We were able to access just about everything we wanted to do via golf cart. The kids loved it! Overall the house was exactly what we needed and our family of 16 had a wonderful stay there. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!

We called this home the Flip-flop house! Super cozy and decorated with a great beach vibe. Conveniently located to Schooners, Patches, Fins and much more. Loved it!

Tiffany is so lovely and her home is too! Great place to go to be close to the public beach as well as other spots on 30A! Went with 6 other girlfriends and staying here made our weekend trip complete!

Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

The place was perfect for my husband and I and our little dog. We had a wonderful time! The drive to the dog beach (pier park) was about 20 minutes so not a bad drive at all. The backyard was great. Right on the bay, so beautiful. We didn’t have time to try out the kayaks but we would love to return. Chuck was super nice and responded messages promptly. Overall a great experience!

We had the best stay! First, Mark reached out about changing our Airbnb to another one of his locations since the first location had construction going on next door, which was so thoughtful since we have kids. The place looks just like the pictures and it was very clean. On top of all of that being literally 30 seconds from the beach, you can see schooners from the front door, and you have your own pool! We had a blast and Mark was the best! We will definitely be back to stay at another one of his locations!

This place is in perfect spot by the beach. It is walking distance from the beach and a local coffee shop. This place also is perfect due to the access to laundry and has a full kitchen. I would recommend this place 100 percent.

I really enjoyed this place. The views are absolutely amazing. The host is awesome and so helpful. The overall experience was one that I would definitely want again.

Listing was as pictured. Beautiful views, clean, had everything you would need. Only complaint I have is our power went out for 6 hrs and when I contacted the host for compensation for that night the host didn’t want to offer compensation whatsoever. I do understand it is not the host’s fault that the power went out but it was definitely a inconvenience, it was late at night so it was dark, we couldn’t charge phones or take a shower, cook, watch tv, my elderly father couldn’t use his breathing machine etc but other than that in general i would recommend. It was a great stay minus that night.

Sunday's House is a perfectly located condo with amazing amenities. Great to have a personal beach space with designated chairs and umbrella. This far exceeded our expectations and was an amazing value for what we got to experience. Super clean and comfortable bed/space close to great food and shopping. Five plus stars. Can not give a higher recommendation. Jamie and Todd are amazing hosts and made everything super easy with great communication throughout our stay! Thank you.

This was a beautiful condo. Everything was so perfect. The view of the gulf from the couch was a nice touch. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the condo was perfect! Communication from the owners was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again when we come back.

Our stay at Debora's listing in Panama City Beach was amazing! We had lots of space for six of us and the rooftop was absolutely amazing. The rooftop was completely private with no rooftop neighbors. The views were also beautiful from every room! Only concern was the cleanliness of the bathrooms and there was some sand in the sheets of one bed upon arrival. Other than those two areas the space was clean. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

I recently had a fantastic stay at a Linda's Airbnb in Miramar, Florida, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was absolutely perfect—situated in a beautiful gated community that provided a sense of security and tranquility. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable experience. I loved being close to local attractions while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Miramar, this Airbnb is definitely the way to go!

A hidden gem in PCB. Almost too good to be true

We had a great time. Went during spring break and had some questions about PCB during that time. They answered all my questions and gave wonderful suggestions that made for a wonderful family vacation. The balcony view was breathtaking. Would stay there again. Randy S.

The pictures don't do it justice. We've stayed in many, many condos (some in the same resort) and absolutely loved the space. The floor plan is free of clutter and is very open and spacious. Yelena, the host, was incredibly accommodating and absolutely wonderful. We seldom stay at the same place twice but her spot we'll definitely be revisiting soon! Typically we shy away from not being on the beach but the beach is extremely accessible and the multiple pools gave us all the options we could have asked for. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!
