The family had a lovely break here, a short drive from Norwich Showground where we attended an event but far enough away for peace and quiet… lovely walks… excellent pub Kings Arms local for dinner. Everything needed was in the lodge including a very appreciated ‘welcome pack’ to start us off on arrival. Highly recommend and hope to return again.

We had a lovely stay. House was as described, clean and had all the things we needed. Would recommend to friends and family.

Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Lovely cosy cottage located close to all the shops and restaurants in Holt. Cosy beds and sofa. Great to have a drive to park the car, and easy to get to lots of great locations for walking and the beach. We didn’t use the hot tub as it didn’t feel like it was in a private enough spot, but this is just personal preference. Great hosts, thank you so much.

We had the most wonderful time! The property is absolutely gorgeous to roam around and the house is really comfortable, well equipped and beautiful to stay in. Highly recommend!

The property was in superb condition, spotless and immaculately clean and presented. All fixtures and fittings were of great quality and there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, containing local cakes, biscuits and so forth. We met Cindy and her husband Mark when they came to service the hot tub and they are delightful people. We spent time chatting during which they recommended restaurants, one of which we used (Buckinghamshire Arms) where we enjoyed Sunday lunch. Overall, a great experience, top notch Airbnb.

Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped cottage with lovely surroundings. Dog friendly too. Great to see such well cared for and happy hens wandering around too.

Just as it's pictured, weather was kind and made the house even more inviting. I was wowed when we pulled up the drive! I did have to check that I had booked somewhere with a secure garden and was pleasantly surprised once we turned up and saw the gardens, low fences but held in 3 springy Frenchies with no issues. Everything you need and more. Lots of lovely villages to visit. Dog walks on the doorstep. Already looking at when we can book again. Even considering hiring a boat too. Liz was great with instructions and local information. Highly recommend the Thatch cottage.

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. Just loved everything about this little place. The property was spacious yet cosy. Everything anyone could need was provided and parking just outside the door was so convenient.

Lovely little find, we only stayed two nights but wish it was longer, very peaceful with only the sounds of waves from behind the cottage, loved walking out the back gate to the veiw of the sea! Lots of outside seating and very cosy beds and sofa, Christine was a great host and very quick to respond to messages and helpful, would love to stay again, camt wait for the next stay! Advice, No shops near so get your essentials before heading in to the area.

A beautiful house in a lovely tranquil setting. There were a few bumped heads, due to low doorways (and in spite of many warnings!) but I would thoroughly recommend Meadow Cottage as a well-located base for a break in a Suffolk. We appreciated being able to check out a couple of hours late as we had a lunch appointment close by.

We had such a wonderful stay at Albert’s Cottage. It’s in a perfect place to visit places easily and is easy to get to and park up. Imogen was helpful and recommended some great places to visit. The cottage was equipped with everything you need for a great break. Would love to come back sometime soon.

A beautiful bolt-hole away from everything including the internet with stunning marsh views and dark skies. To see Marsh Harriers was wonderful. Wood burner kept us cosy and the enclosed garden was heaven for our dog. Walks to the two pubs in Surlingham (one at Coldham Hall closed during the week off season) and easy drives into Norwich and surroundings. An outdoor shooting club right next door operates on Thursday am and Sunday mid-morning so you may want to plan to be out then - large red flags show when it is happening. At other times it is SO peaceful. We stayed for 10 days and began to miss a bath and washing machine, but not a problem for shorter stays. Old Hall Farm Shop at Woodton, the Wildebeest at Stoke Holy Cross and the new Michelin star at Caistor Hall as well as foodie Norwich mean eating out possibilities are endless. Pip left delicious eggs from her own hens.

Brick Kiln Cottage is the perfect retreat to explore north Norfolk. The cottage has everything you need in very quiet, peaceful surroundings, and Colin and Diane provided loads of great information on the area and places to eat prior to our arrival. We especially enjoyed the welcome goodies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in future.

I stumbled Accross this Airbnb quite by chance and I was blown away. I have now visited over and over again because the location is close to family. I always feel right at home. The cottage has everything I need for my stay, plus the hosts make it super cozy and welcoming with afternoon tea on arrival (I live for those scones) a fire at the ready to create ambiance and warm the living area, plus some bubbly and amazing coffee to relax with. I travel from the US so these details upon arrival make me feel very welcome.

We had a lovely stay at this cosy cottage in a beautiful location. The village is charming and peaceful, and it made a great base for us to explore the nearby beaches in Wells with our toddler. The cottage had the essentials we needed and was comfortable and welcoming. It was perfect for a relaxing break.

We had a lovely time at Heron Cottage. The house is charming and has everything you need to feel at home.

A huge thank you to Sarah and Ian, who made our stay a fantastic experience! Beautiful cottage, amazing views and nothing was too much trouble for Sarah, wonderful hosts! The private hire swimming pool is definitely an added bonus! And of course the open fire!

A lovely short break in a beautiful cottage in beautiful surroundings the cottage was well equipped there was everying there that you needed including a welcome pack lovely fresh bedding and towels even fresh flowers in the varses the grounds were amazing one of the best cottages we've stayed in and we have stayed in a lot. Would recommend this cottage and hope to go back.

My partner and I stayed here for Christmas and we had the best time. We were greeted on arrival by Feri and when we entered the cottage it was spotless and had everything we needed. Feri and Steve were very friendly and attentive and responded quickly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend visiting here and we will gladly book again soon.

Such a gorgeous little seaside cottage. Had everything you need and in such a great location. Very short walk to beach and all the shops & pubs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Em was so informative and helpful. 5*! Xxx
