Blue Point Cottage is an intimate getaway with two bedrooms, its own patio with an outdoor sectional, grilling area, hot tub, as well as beachfront sun deck, giving you magical views of the turquoise waters of Exuma as well as Turtle Island. Turtle island offers gentle protection from the crashing waves of the ocean, providing Tropic of Cancer with calm and relaxing waters. With relatively calm waters, the area is great for swimming and exploring on kayaks. The beach is sandy all year round and stretches for 2 km's making it ideal for sunrise/sunset walks or runs. Nearby Beaches: Although you are already situated on the best beach on the island, there are many other amazing beaches nearby to the home such as Forbes Hill Beach and Pretty Molly Bay. These beaches are within 5 to 10 minutes of the home. Nearby Restaurants: Famous restaurants in Exuma such as Santanna's, Tropic Breeze, and Blu on the Water, are all within 5 to 10 minutes of the home. First time hearing about Exuma?
