I'm trying to think of a criticism or something to suggest as an improvement, but I honestly can't think of anything. Our stay at Diana's was wonderful and she was very responsive to our messages. This is such a great house in a beautiful neighborhood. What a great stay!

Our group was there for fishing tournament. This Airbnb, by far, has been the most accommodating to fishermen with boats. Our group had five trucks with five boats and we have never found a place til now that we we have all been able to park at with the circle drive and carports. Planning to book here every year if available because that is a bid deal for us. We enjoyed the pool table as well. Very peaceful location and house was very clean. Beds were all comfy. Hosts was was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we asked. We have stayed at a few other Airbnbs in the area that are nice as well but this has become our new favorite. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests.

Joshua was a great host! Clear instructions and the house is very tech friendly. Very clean and spacious! It can get a little loud at night, but rooms are supplied with white noise machines. Remotes have magnets on the back, so you can’t lose them- this was super cool! Joshua sent multiple detailed texts through the visit to make sure we were ok and that instructions on things were clear. Would stay again! Location is super local and not a far drive from anything! We stayed at Dave’s place as we had to come out to Alabama for work. The house was clean, well equipped/maintained. Very good experience. The neighbors two dogs are not on a leash and would bark at us. However we quickly found out that if you ask them to sit they’ll obey and just smile.

Super responsive hosts and very kind. I would recommend this place to anyone! Easy to get in and out with the locks they have!

We had a a great stay at Kara’s place. We loved having a dining table and living room seating that comfortably accommodated our family. The kitchen was very well stocked which was helpful when preparing meals. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the fire pit; the stars were amazing!

The home is in a gorgeous, high-end neighborhood with million-dollar views over Tennessee Valley. Mornings with mountain views and fog, coffee in hand, were spectacular. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need—spices, cleaners, soaps, and plush paper products. Heated master bathroom floors, views from every window, and a fun pool/hot tub area made for a great stay. However, the lower-level carpet should be removed, and worn-out items like towels, flat pillows, and low-thread-count sheets need replacing. Mold on the basement shower curtain and spa cover was concerning. The white couches were badly stained. While fantastic for families or groups not needing perfection, it’s not quite the luxury listing it suggests. Still, we loved it due to the overall charm and incredible views. If you stay mainly upstairs, it’s sectacular—but maintenance and detail upgrades are needed for the price point.

Gorgeous space with lovely little details throughout. The location is a perfect homebase for exploring Southside and Downtown. After a day out and about, we found ourselves just as excited to get back and enjoy the apartment with it’s rooftop mountain views, twinkly spa shower, and the most comfortable beds. We also enjoyed learning the history of the building. The size was perfect for three adults but has plenty of room for a family or couples traveling together. We’d love to return to this cozy, clean, and stylish spot!

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and clean space. We were in town for our daughter's graduation, and our son decided to join us from his school (not the original plan). He also fit comfortably and had a quiet place to study for his finals. Amy was gracious and an excellent communicator. Would recommend and would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in downtown Chattanooga! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The space was just the right size for two people, very cozy, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and charming spot in Chattanooga!

A great space for a short stay, had all the basics a traveler needs. Not too far from most basic stores. The exterior spiral staircase up to the room could possibly be difficult to manage in bad weather.

We stayed here for the 2025 Easter weekend. The description of the place in AIRbnb is accurate. There was parking for two cars. The area was safe and you are two blocks from the free trolley to get downtown. I would easily stay here again if needed.

This condo is very clean and the photos in the listing match exactly. It is very easy to find and located close to restaurants, bars, and all the attractions Chattanooga has to offer. In fact the Parkway Pourhouse restaurant is located directly across the street from this condo and has great food. The host Shaun was very helpful and accommodating. He checked to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed to have a great time. Check in directions were clear and concise and were easy to follow. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Chattanooga that is comfortable, clean, and close to everything then look no further. You won’t regret it. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

Would definitely stay at one of his properties again! We could tell he puts so much attention to detail into his bnb’s and for his guests. We were so pleased to find local recommendations, a hand written card, a gift, and very quick responses throughout our stay.

It was very clean and not too far from everything we wanted to do. While we were only there with another couple for the weekend, they also have it well equipped for traveling with children. Recommend!
