Pack up your family and come stay in our charming 1835 Federal-style stone home located just 9 miles outside of Cooperstown, 1/2 hour to Cooperstown All Star Field and 20 minutes to Cooperstown Dream Park. The home boasts 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen and a dining room. The property sits on 70 acres and has a 1/2 acre of the yard fully groomed for the perfect baseball game. It also features a beautiful barn outfitted with a dining area, pool table and TV.

The 2027 season is 5/30-8/22/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.
