We are a family of four with 5 and 7 yr old kids. Debbie’s home worked great for us. The house is extremely well stocked—more than enough blankets, towels, toiletries, kitchenwares, spices, condiments in the refrigerator—many of which are often missing in Airbnb rentals these days—just makes for an easier time for those who don’t want to have to plan to bring every little thing with you. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to any nature-oriented activity you might be interested in. Also close to groceries/farm markets, restaurants when needed. Thank you Debbie!

Marika’s house felt like something out of a dream. Our stay was absolutely magical, from the ethereal artwork to the comforting wood fire stove and coziest couch, we loved every second. The stunning views stole our hearts. We stayed during a winter storm and I wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else. The vast windows were perfect for watching the snow fall. Marika is the perfect host, she made us feel so welcome and comfortable. You can feel her wonderful energy all through the gorgeous home. Every nook of the home is filled with intention and exquisite attention to detail. We will be coming back as soon as possible, we fell in love it with all. Deepest gratitude to Marika.

What a great long weekend! The property was beautiful, house was very neat and clean, and the views were AMAZING. Everything was as advertised. Hosts were great, responsive, and their instructions and expectations were crystal clear. Guests I was staying with were already talking about booking this location again for themselves in the future as we were checking out as they wanted to stay longer!!!

Our group really enjoyed our stay at JunkO and Ryo’s place! It was def one of the better ones and we’ve been to 30+ upstate. The recently renovated open concept house is roomy, squeaky clean, and decorated and furnished beautifully. The windows and new sliding doors provide a full panoramic view of the mountains while you sit and eat. The sauna downstairs is also very relaxing and gets hot quickly. They provide robes, spa towels, slippers, and has its own private shower a few steps away. Beds are super comfy and there’s no shortage of linens, towels or anything you may need. Kitchen was also fully stocked. Location is 10-15 mins from anything and everything. Oh and it is VERY baby friendly With very little excess clutter, and they provided all the necessary items (crib,highchair,child gates, tub etc) Don’t hesitate to stay here, We look forward to visiting again soon.

The house was really well kept, designed and fitted with tons of fun activities. it sits on a gorgeous lake with incredible views! a few bugs of course as you’re so close to nature. marlaina was super responsive even when we had questions early in the morning. we loved staying here and hope we can again!

This was my second time staying here, I love it and the location. I was happy to bring my wife with me this trip and she loved it too. We’re already planning the next time we go.

Lovely and peaceful cabin for a weekend out of the city. Really enjoyed the downstairs space and amenities like the hot tub and grill. We appreciated the hosts' responsiveness - they were glad to assist us with returning a forgotten item!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was fantastic, and the instructions and tips provided were incredibly useful. The kindness of the owner truly stood out, making our holiday feel special and memorable. One of the highlights was the cozy evenings we spent playing the board games provided. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the basics, which made cooking meals together a breeze. We also appreciated the pellets for the stove, which kept the house warm and inviting. We were especially touched to find the table set for dinner when we arrived late. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel immediately welcome and at home. Ivan went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even recommending some great local restaurants and hiking trails. Their thoughtfulness made us feel right at home. We definitely recommend this place and are already planning our next visit. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway, and we can't wait to return!

This was our third time staying at the Little Green House, and it somehow just gets better every time. It’s such a wonderful place to be—calm, cozy, and thoughtfully put together in every way. Everything you need is there, and it all just works. Our toddler even asked for it by name this time, which says a lot. She had the best time, and so did we. There’s plenty to do, both inside and out, and every part of the house feels considered and cared for. It’s beautiful and just a really special space. The hosts are kind, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. They always make us feel welcome and are so accommodating whenever we need anything. We’re so glad we found this place and hope we can keep coming back for a long time.

The cabin is a great place for couples and families, loved the layout, very cozy with great views of the lake. Went ice fishing on the lake, caught lots of bass. Spent mornings and evenings warming up next to the pellet stove, drinking tea enjoying the views. We had a great time, would love to come back in the summer.
