Very private, no noise from neighbors. We hardly heard any noise from the traffic as the apartment is not directly on the road. We stayed for a week and spent much time on the incredible balcony: you can always find a space in the shade there. We loved the Galini beach nearby. only downside is that you have to walk for 200 meters along the road, as there is no footpath. There is a private beach closer by, but not everyone will be willing to climb down. It's doable for most people, but it is no walk in the park. If you like solitude, or if the Galini beach is too crowded, then certainly try to go the private beach. The WiFi in the apartment and on the balcony is good enough to stream video to one laptop. We had a tremendous time and certainly will come back some time in the future

A lovely week spent at the villa for our family holiday. The villa is a short drive from Milatos and would highly recommend the taverna No Name. A car is essential as nowhere is walkable, especially in the heat. Crete is a large island, so we were confined to the east of the island to explore. We visited Elounda, Plaka beach for snorkelling and Spinalonga, as well as the water park. The villa is comfortable, set on 3 floors. The outside space is fantastic and grounds kept beautifully. Audrey and her team were very responsive to our queries and very attentive. They were also able to assist us with car hire. Would recommend.

Having stayed in the area before, a quiet location was the most important aspect for me along with easy access to the beaches and a short walk into Hersonnisos. I couldn't have wished for a better location. The apartment was quiet with little traffic noise, compact and clean. The nearest beach was just a few minutes walk away with cafes and restaurants next to the beach. Hersonnisos itself was about 15 mins easy walk. The garden was a perfect spot for some sunbathing on those lazy days when you didn't want to leave comforts of home. It was an ideal suntrap. I didn't need anything from George on my 10 days, staying at Blue Coast Gardens -Juniper. but he was within easy reach with a whole host of helpful numbers and contacts made available, should have needed to contact him. It was great having a large comfortable double bed with good quality bedding and Aircon if it got too hot at night. All the equipment provided was in great working order, the apartment spotlessly clean. Loved it!!

Traveled off season to this lovely house just outside a wonderful, walkable town. Our GPS sent us to the wrong location but Karolos was responsive and helped us find the house. We loved the deck overlooking the beach and sea. There was some pre-season maintenance happening that blocked our access via the house path to the beach but we found another way to access it. We also had a very friendly cat who visited us daily for attention. We loved Aigos Nikolas and would return again!

Eine Perle und ein schöner Rückzugsort im Süden von Kreta. Die Villa verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt, ein wunderschöne Aussicht, Pool und eine moderne Küche, die jedes Herz eines Hobby Kochs höher schlagen lässt. Das morgen und abendliche Bad im Pool mit der Aussicht werde ich vermissen. Da es fast keine Lichtverschmutzung hat, sieht man ein Sternenschauspiel und die Milchstrasse von blossem Auge. Einsame Strände sind mit dem Auto innert 30 Minuten sehr gut erreichen, somit ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Muss kein SUV sein. Sam ist jederzeit erreichbar und kommuniziert sehr schnell. Desweiteren steht er oder Lefteris mit Tips und Ratschlägen jederzeit zur Seite. Sam und Anel sind mehr als Super-Hosts und ich kann ihr Villa zu 200% empfehlen.

Yannis was an extremely friendly and helpful host, making us feel right at home and had a lot of helpful tips on the area. The house is very peaceful and spacious and extremely close to the sea. Thank you for having us!

Our stay at Alexis and Nina's villa was nothing short of extraordinary. It was our third and final stop during two weeks in Crete, and it was the most luxurious and lovely spot (among a group of them) for me and my wife. The villa is set in a small village on a hillside overlooking the sea. It's about 30 minutes into Heraklion, and the village (though by no means a city) has plenty of places to eat and shop. It's also exceptionally quiet and private. The arrangement of the villa is essentially a "compound". There are three separate parts of the villa, each with separate entrances and all immaculately cared for and luxurious. As we were only two people, we used the lower villa (3 bedrooms), but multiple couples or even a large family would be very comfortable here. The villa was perfect, only eclipsed by Alexis and Nina's hospitality and generosity throughout our stay. There were too many examples to cite of their kindness and care, but it made our stay extra special. We'll be back!

Amazing accommodation with everything you need and very central. Beautifully clean and comfortable. I would suggest a property manual or document for guests as we don’t know that the oven has a clock / timer which needed setting to make the oven work. The hot tub also needs to be on and set early morning if you want to use it later in the afternoon or early evening. Everything else was perfect and not as noisy as I thought due to the busy location. There is the smell of the garage next door but it didn’t bother us as we were out all day and evening.

Alexandro was very responsive and helpful. The location has a beautiful view of the harbor and very convenient to downtown stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem AirBnb sehr genossen! Das Highlight ist der wunderschöne Meerblick und die Lage direkt neben dem Strand. Giorgos besitzt auch eine schöne Bar direkt am Strand und man kann die Liegen am Strand dadurch kostenlos nutzen. Das Apartment ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Viele Restaurants und Supermärkte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Airbnb ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement d'angelika ! Il s'est avéré que le lieu nous semblait plus grand que sur les photos, une belle surprise. La vue sur la mer était incroyable ! Le logement était impeccable . Angelika est une femme charmante et très accueillante nous recommandons le lieu à 200% !

Très bon séjour dans un appartement très propre et bien placé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue.

The apartment is very nice and bright, and has everything you need, felt right at home :) Spacious terrace with patio furniture is perfect for morning coffee. Irini was really helpful and considerate host, very responsive as well. Definitely recommend!

Nuestra estancia ha sido un regalo de paz y tranquilidad en un apartamento independiente con su propia rerraza y barbacoa dentro de la finca. Nos sentimos como en casa. Todo estaba limpísimo y encontramos algunos extras en la cocina (agua, cerveza, café...) que agradecimos mucho. Mel y Micchael son fantásticos anfitriones, encantadores, amables y respetuosos. Nos facilitaron un compendio de buenas recomendaciones de la zona este de Creta y también todo lo que necesitábamos. La piscina compartida siempre estuvo disponible para nosotros, y los gatitos nos han enamorado. Estamos muy agradecidos con Mel y Micchael, les deseamos lo mejor. Si volvemos al este de Creta desde luego que repetiremos!

Appartamento nuovissimo e pulito, corrisponde alla descrizione e alle fotografie. All'interno c'è praticamente tutto ciò che vi serve per il soggiorno (asciugamani puliti, carta, scottex, i "fondamentali" in cucina come olio, sale, caffè, ecc). Condizionatori e zanzariere in tutte le stanze! Gli appartamenti si trovano proprio al centro di Ierapetra, ma in una via tranquilla e silenziosa (non ci sono negozi o locali). Posizione ottima per spostarsi nei dintorni. Ottima comunicazione con l'host, consigliato!

Idomeneas is a genuinely nice person who really does want you to enjoy your time in a stress free way. I've never seen such a big gift basket of food! There was an issue in the beginning with a bad mould smell but I suggested a way we could fix it and Idomeneas came to the apartment to help and we sorted it out and fixed the problem. He was kind to my pups so I felt that we were actually welcome and not just tolerated. It's very quick to city and a nice walk. You've got everything else you could possibly want about 30 seconds away. For dog owners there is an amazing park about five minutes away and very close pet stores and english speaking vets, so it's really a great position.

Perfect little apartment/ bed sit directly over a little dirt track to the beach. Not a private terrace, but that really doesn’t matter as very few cars. We sat outside with a drink or play cards most evening after a day walking and sightseeing. There are sun beds to use at the property which we would take over to the beach. The sunsets were amazing. There is a restaurant next door, which was ok to eat at(it didn’t cause noise) . Lots of lovely restaurants around the next bay, 10 minutes walk. The bed was very comfortable, this was important to me🤗 . The hosts were very kind and helpful, checking via messages that everything was ok. We plan to go again and would recommend the area, hosts and their accommodation.

Smart Plan was the best AirBnB that we have ever stayed in! And we have stayed in over 50 AirBnB’s! Our hosts were so kind, friendly and they brought the most delicious treats for us! Fresh from the garden and cooked from the heart! The apartment was clean, spacious, had plenty of storage, it had everything that we needed in the kitchen, comfortable living room, easy to use TV, comfortable bed, very quiet at night, and two balconies! We used one balcony to hang our clothes to dry and the other to enjoy the sun at the end of a long day of sightseeing! They also had private parking for us! We felt right at home and truly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend them! Our experience could not have been better!

Le logement est vraiment tres bien situé, très accesible a pied et on peut facilement se garer dans les rues aux alentours. Le logement était très propre et correspondait parfait à la description. Le vrai plus est la machine à laver ! George est un hôte exceptionnel, très à l’écoute et disponible !

this was a fantastic location, while you're in a busy area the apartment is actually peaceful and relaxing, the jacuzzi is perfect, the views from the balcony are unbelievable and it's a great spot for sunbathing, eating, drinking and relaxing. everyone has been super helpful and communicative from the minute we booked, the shop being downstairs means they are there almost 24/7 if you need anything. from this location there's so many things to do, we went on a bus to heraklion and hired a car and highly recommend agios nikolaos but you can really make your trip whatever you want it to be. thanks for a lovely stay!

Θα το προτείναμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν μοντέρνο, σύγχρονο, εξοπλισμένο και καθαρό. Είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, όλα είναι δίπλα. Το μεγαλύτερο bonus είναι η θέση στάθμευσης σε υπόγειο γκαραζ, που είναι και μέσα στην τιμή, διότι είναι πολύ δύσκολο το παρκινγκ στο ηράκλειο. Γενικά μας βόλεψε και φυσικά ο κ. Γιάννης πολύ εξυπηρετικός τον ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ!!

Kostis was such a helpful host and we loved his neat-as-a-pin and comfortable apartment a stone’s throw from Lion Square, particularly lounging in the hammock on the large, sun-drenched balcony with a view to snow-capped mountains and the beautiful blue sea. Kostis was kind enough to leave us some fresh bread, butter and honey for breakfast which we were grateful for as we arrived late on a Saturday night. His recommendations were excellent and he booked us a table at a sensational restaurant just around the corner (Peskesi) at our request. The apartment was cool on a hot day and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washing machine came in handy too. A very relaxing and comfortable place to stay.
