We had an amazing stay Sheera’s place.A cozy home,very open and we loved the nature views and sounds,relaxing place set out in nature.The house was clean and the lay out was perfect for our family winter getaway’s.We had everything we needed,the beds we’re comfortable,all amenities available and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances.We love that we were able to bring our beloved pups along with us.The best part was it’s 13 mins away from Bellearye which we all had a blast.We will definitely be back! Stan is an amazing host and was so courteous that he cleaned up the drive way when it snowed like crazy. He was extremely warm and nice to our daughter and it was great experience. We enjoyed the house and hospitality.

One of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at. The house is amazing - spacious, cozy, ad each room had their own temperature control! Plenty of communal space and the kitchen was very functional. The hosts were so responsive and nice and even offered to mail a piece of clothing we had left at the house afterwards. Definitely would come back again and highly recommended.

My family's second visit to this beautiful gem overlooking the mountains and frozen pond. Our hosts are highly communicative and helpful. The description is accurate. Considering our 2nd visit and rebooked for 3rd in 2026 - this speaks volumes -- more than meets our needs, well stocked. We're looking forward to visiting during the summer months to further appreciate the views. Grateful to them for sharing their home with us.

first of all, Million Dollars view. You have beautiful mountain right in front of this property. I stayed at this place for a weekend get together with family, and wished we had stayed longer. The place came equipped with all the pots and pans you'd expect from AB&B plus coffee maker and pods. we enjoyed their collection of movies. There are grocery stores within minutes from this place and nice restaurants a short drive. we also enjoyed nearby hiking trails. overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back.

We were very satisfied with the house, good location, clean, great host, beautiful surroundings, good for pets, had everything we needed! Be aware that there are 3 houses on the property so you are sharing the very large yard which can be good for teams and families but you may not want. We were lucky to have a nice family across from us. Highly recommend!

We just finished a two month rental of John’s wonderful home. Our family of 5 used the home primarily on the weekends when we were enjoying ski season at Belleayre Mountain. I can’t say enough great things about this home. Our family felt totally at home - every aspect was perfectly maintained and the home maximized comfort. Our favorite part of the home was the great room where we would watch movies on the huge family sofa in front of a crackling fire. It was the perfect way to end a day of skiing. Our kids loved the downstairs family room with the foosball table and there were lots of games to play and keep everyone busy and entertained. And the kitchen is huge and very well stocked with all the appliances you will ever need. So it was a fantastic 2 months and we look forward to renting this property again!
