Appartamento all'interno di “Torre Bianca”, affascinante villa anni 70 immersa in un rigoglioso parco con vista mare di 10.000 mq e suddivisa in 3 unità abitative, in un contesto tranquillo ma non isolato. La villa si trova sulla collina sopra la spiaggia dell'Ariana a circa 300 metri dal mare, a 3 km dal centro abitato di Gaeta e a 18 km da quello di Sperlonga. L'appartamento, con ingresso indipendente e posto auto riservato, ha una ampia e panoramica area esterna ad uso esclusivo.

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Villa Afrodite

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Elegante villa situata in zona collinare all’interno di un contesto molto signorile . La villa è circondata da un ampio giardino ben curato, da una grande piscina con solarium, posto auto interno privato, e diverse zone relax. L'ampia piscina è condivisa con altre persone, ed inoltre nel giardino è presente un bellissimo cocker dei proprietari della villa accanto. Massima tranquillità e riservatezza.

Incantevole monolocale a pochi passi dal mare . Ubicato all'interno di una proprietà i cui immobili risalgono al '700 e '800 e' stato ristrutturato mantenendo tutti gli elementi originari. Gli archi in pietra , i basoli e le antiche mattonelle dipinte a mano conservano intatto il fascino del tempo.

Depandace con cucina dove vi è un forno a legna, comoda camera da letto e bagno, essenziale e rustica. Ampi e rilassanti spazi esterni, con vista sulle montagne. la casarella è all interno di un cortile condominiale dove vi sono altri 2 appartamenti.
