The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

La Dimoretta è una piccola casa antica nel cuore della Sabina, uno spazio per la quiete e la creatività, accogliente, autentico ed essenziale, ma dotato di ogni confort. Situata nel centro storico di Poggio Nativo, nella zona denominata “Borgo San Rocco”, la Dimoretta è vicina all'Abbazia di Farfa, ai laghi Turano e Salto, al Monte Terminillo e alla città di Rieti. Roma dista circa 60 km. È consigliabile l'uso di un'automobile per raggiungere le varie località.
