El hotel está súper bien. Lástima que la playa esté tan sucia y el mar también.

Our stay was outstanding! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating from start to finish. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the thoughtful touches made our trip so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book again.

Es la segunda ocasión que visito Sayulita y esta vez me tocó conocer una parte de ella que no conocía, el alojamiento es muy privado, tranquilo y para nada ruidoso, disfruté mucho estancia en este lugar ya que pude descansar cómodamente, además llegas rápidamente a la playa, a sitios para comer, super, etc. Realmente volvería; ideal para quienes buscan estar en privado sin el ruido del centro.

Stunning view, amazing room and comfortable bed, the construction next door wasn’t the prettiest but the noise didn’t bother us too much and the discount because of it was great! Would definitely recommend and stay again, loved the infinity pool on the roof!

We had a great week staying in Sayulita! There were endless places to go and eat just a few minutes from our door. We found a favourite coffee shop just down the hill and around the corner that we visited each morning. The roof top pool and area were beautiful and just like the pictures! We spent the better part of one day up there and had it entirely to ourselves. Over all the stay was a nice quiet retreat from the bustling day down town or at the beach. Rudolpho was quick to answer the few times we needed him and we felt very safe and secure staying at Villa los Caroles. I would not hesitate to stay again if we return to Sayulita!

Everything about this place was fantastic! Waking up to an amazing view of the ocean was probably my favorite part. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious. Perfect for my needs. Rooftop pool with a view was great as well! And anytime I reached out to Rodolfo for anything, his response was immediate and helpful. Everyone I met here was very nice. After checkout, I was able to store my bags for a few hours to spend a little more time in town before my flight. I will definitely stay here again for any future trips to Sayulita!

Incredible room in the building with the best views of Sayulita! It wasn’t crowded when we stayed there, so we were pretty much able to enjoy the house from the terrace with the pool like it was private . The location is great—just a 5-minute walk to where all the restaurants are in Sayulita. There is some construction near the building that our host informed us about, but it didn’t really affect us. It was only a little noisy during the daytime, but quiet in the mornings and evenings. Totally recommend the place!

My family and I, loved the condo…it was beautiful beach front with spectacular views and sunset! Will most definitely visit again in the future!! Located conveniently within walking distance of restaurants, bars and beach! Had a wonderful stay!

Es el mejor lugar para ir a unas vacaciones de relajamiento. El lugar es increíble, limpio, seguro, y los dueños son increíblemente amables. La playa pública queda a 10 min caminando, y 5 en carro.

As a solo traveling woman that works remotely, I would definitely stay here again! The absolute best location, on the border between zona romantica and centro. Being next to the river was lovely and peaceful yet still close to the beach. Next to some amazing food places. Quiet street yet close to everything. I felt very very safe going in and out no matter what time. And then the access to the coworking space was amazing for me. And the staff were friendly and accommodating. The WiFi in the room was indeed weak at times though, and I see what some guests meant about the cleanliness (saw some stains etc). Yes the plumbing/bathroom at times had a smell coming from either plumbing or ventilation, not sure if it was from the humidity. The humidity as some guests said you can also feel but that’s because it’s an old building (with charm) on the river! For me the pros out weighed the cons and I’ll stay again for sure (but maybe will ask them to clean again lol). Thanks for a lovely stay!

This was our first time to Puerto Vallarta and our favorite trip to Mexico so far. Teresa’s Grand Venetian ABB was just as described a good value. With a comfortable bed and good AC. The washer and dryer are very convenient. We enjoyed the property with easy access to the beach and pools. Great security, you always feel safe. Taxi and Uber respond quickly when you want to go across town. Banks, shops and restaurants are easy to get to. The caretaker picked us up at the airport, checked us in. Getting from the airport and checking in could not have been easier.

Es una departamento tipo hotel muy bien ubicado, muy accesible. Nos gusto porque a pesar de estar cerca de muchos lugares donde hay ruido, el departamento es muy tranquilo y excelente para dormir tranquilo. Las instalaciones son buenas, solo el elevador no funciono durante nuestra estancia, la alberca es muy buena, casi no la visita nadie, asi que se puede disfrutar mucho. Todos los dias limpiaron el departamento y en general todas las personas que ahi trabajan son muy amables, dispuestas siempre en ayudar. Recomiendo ampliamente esta propiedad.

Everything was fantastic! I loved the location, the friendly staff, and the activities. The condo was exactly as described—just like the photos. My only suggestion would be for Salvador to provide clearer arrival instructions. The listing mentioned he would meet us at check-in, so I expected to see him there. However, he wasn’t present, and I wasn’t sure what to do at first. I eventually went to the front desk, mentioned that I had booked through Airbnb, and they immediately let me know they were expecting me. From that point on, everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return!

Bill & April's home is a dream! I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet vacation away from resorts, has all the amenities as big hotels, but more personal. Bill welcomed us at the airport and took the three of us to their home which is in a lovely neighborhood just above PVR. Their home is gorgeous! April welcomed us at the door to give us a tour. I fell in love with their backyard which has a nice size pool, plenty of lounge chairs and the most incredible porch/deck for cooking and to relax. Their home is on the canal, so there was plenty of wildlife to entertain our son for hours. As many of the other reviews have mentioned, both April and Bill go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They love what they do and it shows. We will forever have fond memories of our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future!
