Located a mile from central Newmarket and 2 miles from the race courses. 15/20 minute walk to Tattersalls and the Railway station. 13 miles from Cambridge & Ely and 14 miles to Bury St Edmunds.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. A cosy 1-bed loft apartment in the countryside, part of our family home—ideal for a peaceful getaway. Includes en-suite, full kitchen, living/dining area, log burner, and private balcony with woodland views. Take advantage of direct access to our quiet lakeside and the winding woodland trails that surround the property. Accessed via private steep stairs (not suitable for those with mobility issues). As a part of our family home please remember that you may occasionally hear us.

Be sure to explore the stunning National Trust Wicken Fen nature reserve, which is on your doorstep. Burwell is perfectly located between Newmarket and Cambridge, with both being only a short drive away.
