Only 5 minute drive to I-575, Northside Hospital, and retailing. Smart TV and wi-fi. Parking directly in front.

This 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment basement is located below the host's home. The unit is accessed through a private entrance. This private cozy space features everything you need. The kitchen is fully functional for meal prep, the living area boasts 2 smart TV's and a professional 9' billiards table with all the accessories. Lounge around, play games or enjoy the serene outdoor patio. This space has been frequented by many friends and family and they insist we share it with others!

This area is full of history from the Trail of Tears, to Sawnee Mountain. This house is located 8 minutes from Lake Sydney Lanier. There is more than a handful of local restaurants and live entertainment to keep busy. If you like to hike the mountain we encourage it. You can either leave from here approximately 500 feet up the hill, medium inclined walk up to the trail. Or if you prefer there is a couple of trailhead parks located within 2 to 3 miles with free parking.

Enjoy fluffy white towels and soft sheets. You also have an iron and ironing board.
