Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Wren cottage is a unique and gorgeous little 400 year old, 1 bed character cottage with a big personality! Located on the prettiest street in the award winning town of Marlborough , it is ideally placed for a 1 min walk to High Street shops, pubs, picnic spots & lovely walks over the Downs. The cottage has a recently modernised kitchen and bathroom but also maintains all of its period charms including some low beamed ceilings & exposed timber walls, with a large bedroom & storage for bikes.

Old Chapel Wootton Rivers

A beautifully renovated, wonderfully positioned converted chapel with large private garden in one of the area's prettiest villages. Wootton Rivers is within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, with beautiful walks along the Kennet & Avon Canal, the Ridgeway and Savernake Forest. The village has a 16th century thatched pub, very close to the Chapel. We are also on the National Cycle Network route 4 and near to great restaurants such as Stein's, and Dan's in Marlborough.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.
