The first thing you notice is the waves from all directions. You immediately feel at peace. All the amenities were easy to locate and good quality, including great pots and pans, knives dishes and gadgets for cooking. There were extra linens and towels, it was comfy upstairs and down. It was well laid out and you look out at Point Reyes and Tomales Bay while lying in bed upstairs. The stairs were quite steep but there was a nice bedroom downstairs as well. I enjoyed the heated ceramic floor in the downstairs bathroom and there was good water pressure. We loved the wide wraparound deck and dock, as well as outdoor tables and a garden. The beds and sofas were all very good quality and comfortable and it was nice to have the fireplace. The dog had room to sniff and roam safely at will as the decks and garden were well enclosed. Hog Island is one minute away, Tony’s five minutes away for the chowder, and truly awesome pizza at Route One on the way to the dog beach at Dillon. Thanks!

Lovely artist’s cottage! The owner’s art and collections are on display, I kept seeing something new every day. Very comfortable and easy to walk to the beach or into town. Had a relaxing and comfortable stay. Slept really well!!

The house was exactly as described. Beautiful location, amazing home, wonderful experience for our family! This home was so well decorated and charming and provided a great experience for our vacation. The location was equally stunning. Such a peaceful place for us to relax.

Super cute little spot. Walking distance to Sonoma Plaza and it had a private hot tub. Good distance from some vineyards and wineries as well!

This place was the perfect hub for our girls weekend. All the wineries we chose were about a 10-15 minute drive and downtown Sonoma was even closer. Spacious backyard and we loved the hot tub. The space fit the seven of us better than we thought. I can’t imagine finding better value in the area.

Mara is very friendly and considerate. She provided everything my dog and I need during the full month of stay. The house rules are clear and fair, which elevates the whole experience and simplifies communication needs. The view is fantastic in the garden. You can enjoy a very nice sauna in the early morning while overlooking the valley and listening to birds chirping. The whole experience is a good combination of natural connection, self reflection, easy access to school and city, plus safe and friendly living environment provided by Mara. Will definitely want to be here longer.

Great space and beautiful property! About mile to Sonoma Square, easy walk and bikes were available too. Nice big shower and stylish accommodations. The hot tub was a nice perk! Loved our time visiting the area! We got coffee and quiche every morning from Basque. Capo Isetta was a great tasting room right in the square. Cheers!

We loved staying at the Dipsea Cottage. It’s a beautiful, calming, and comfortable space. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, playground, and shops. We look forward to coming back here again!

Overall we had a good stay at Susan’s rental. She was very nice and communicative. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Large refrigerator. Regular drip coffee pot. Very close to downtown Mill Valley so you can walk into town easily. There seemed to be a few other renters on this property, and our rental was the very back unit. The walkway down the length of the front house was a bit tight, with 2 gates. It was farther than we expected to load/unload bags. Just a heads up - Parking was a bit tricky because this property is on the main avenue (Blithedale).

This was such a lovely stay, steps away from the beach. The home is comfortable, cozy, and clean, with tons of amenities. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and Cynthia was always so gracious and responsive.

This was one of my favorite airbnbs! The host has thought of everything and made the stay feel right at home. Their hospitality was so appreciated and their local recommendations were incredibly thorough and spot on. We really enjoyed peaceful morning coffee in the backyard listening to the small stream running under the deck and birds singing, enjoying the many flavors of tea provided, and cooking meals here. They had everything we needed and then some. I can’t recommend this space enough and very close to all nearby towns and attractions. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay at the Bluebird Cottage. The cottage is beautifully maintained and very clean. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful art and collected pieces in each room. Every window had a different view of the trees and foliage surrounding us, creating a serene and private setting. Minie was an amazing host. We received clear instructions, local guides, and amenities that made us feel right at home. Tips for future travelers: -The tandem driveway has a steep rise in the middle, with the potential to scrape the bottom of the car when parking. We parked just below the bump and that was fine. -For cold weather, we found the wall unit by the front door didn’t heat the room much. The wall heaters worked great. For the bedroom wall heater to work the light switch closest to the bedroom closet needs to be turned on.

The house was very comfortable and perfect for a family get away! I loved the proximity to the beach. She allows a dog which is great.

Another lovely stay at Sabine’s unit. I love the kitchen and being able to resume my routines in that space. Likewise, for sleeping. I sleep well there. It is very quiet at night. The air is fresh. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is a family neighborhood with children everywhere! Very safe! I sleep with windows open every night. It is very restful and very quiet. There is no trouble and the community is friendly.

Jing was an excellent host! Very responsive to communication and super helpful. The airbnb is in a beautiful neighborhood and was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable space. I would happily stay here again!

We loved staying at Sean and Jen’s cottage! It was located in a parklike setting with beautiful tress surrounding the property which made it very peaceful. We really appreciated the recommendations for local restaurants which were found in a notebook upon entry of the cottage. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the hosts for making it so warm and welcoming!

Our cottage and the surrounding neighborhood provided a vantage point for some of the best views in the city. Inside, we had every accommodation that we could want. Our hosts were gracious and responsive, and made us feel welcomed from the moment of our arrival. We highly recommend Trixie’s cottage.

The house was clean and comfortable in an impossible-to-beat location. Plenty of nearby options for food, shopping, and endless oceanside hikes. The kitchen was well stocked for all of your cooking needs. A few basics were missed such as a delay in check in, due to key code not shared, and mysteriously few bottles of hand soap, but nothing we couldn’t work around. We would stay here again!

En provided very helpful instructions to unlock and lock the gate. The cottage was private and a good size for two people. Having parking available in the driveway was appreciated!

Really loved this spot and had some amazing weather this weekend. Meg was very responsive and her house was beautiful and well kept. We hope to visit Inverness again some day!

Very cute cottage in Atherton. Worked well for me and my colleague. We were able to park our car onsite. The area is very safe and quiet. You are within a few minutes from Stanford, downtown Palo Alto and Sandhill Road. David was very communicative, texting with specific directions and responding to questions throughout our stay. There were several bugs in the cottage (a few, random ants and a handful of spiders).
