This 12x12 house is off grid with a cute outhouse nestled in the timber behind the wildlife rescue. Relax and unplug for the weekend and know 100% of the fee goes to the animal rescue. Cathy's Little Farm loft is a 500 sq ft apartment inside a storage barn on a wooded country acre. Fully appointed two story space offers peace and quiet. It is located close to I57, Walmart, Community College, Airport, Fair Grounds, National Guard Training Center, 15 minutes from Olivet, 60 miles south of Chicago. King size bed and twin size sofa sleeper upstairs, full size sleeper sofa in living room. Well equipped full size kitchen and laundry. Large lawn, gardens, and chickens to enjoy.

Centrally located! You're just steps away from some of the great shops, bars, & restaurants that downtown Fairbury has to offer. Dave's supermarket is also only a minutes walk away. And for you race fans, the Fairbury Speedway is only a 3 minute drive or an 8 minute walk away. The building has 1 bedroom with a queen bed. Living room has a long sofa & pull-out loveseat that sleep 1 each. It has a 1/2 bath with a toilet, sink, & washer/dryer in it. The only shower is located in the bedroom.

The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub!
