Villa Sottosopra - Il Limone

Our villa is located at the entrance of Chianni (Pisa) and was built in 2023 using original, natural materials such as brick, natural stone, and wood. Three stylish studios were created (one of which is for my private use with my two dogs), along with modern amenities and a pool. Each studio features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, making both studios ideal for longer stays.

The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. La terrazza del paese è una casa situata a Chianni, un piccolo borgo medioevale immerso nel verde delle colline toscane. Chianni ha una posizione strategica per chi vuole conoscere le varie sfaccettature della Toscana. Inoltre è un'ottima località per godersi una vacanza in totale relax, gustandosi la pace di questo luogo e della natura. La casa è molto confortevole, ospita fino a 5 persone, ha una splendida terrazza con piscina privata e un loggiato in legno dove poter cenare.

The house sits in a protected oasis surrounded by a beautiful private park with olive trees, a pond, pine trees and woods, where you can walk, relax and enjoy the pleasures of unspoilt nature. Casa Michelangelo is a fully restored 4 bed, 2 bath stone cottage with a loft & free parking. There is a wood-burning fireplace, kitchen, including a hand crank pasta maker, clothes washer, heating and AC. Chianni itself is not a major tourist town, but it is within close proximity to many tourist sites, such as Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Castiglioncello and Chianti. All are an easy day trip while returning to quiet Chianni for a restful nights sleep.
