Alloggio confortevole, pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio. Facilmente raggiungibile e in ottima posizione per visitare Siena. Host molto gentile, è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo!

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Magnifique appartement très bien rénové et équipé haut de gamme. Terrasse très agréable, joilie vue. Le village est très sympa, vivant. Très bons commerces aux alentours. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Très bon point de base pour visiter la région

Malgré un emplacement entre une route et une voie ferrée, ce logement reste bien calme, juste à côté d'un petit espace de verdure...Les trains sont peu nombreux et l'appartement bien isolé...Nous avons essentiellement visité les villes et villages d'Ombrie qui sont splendides : Orvieto, Spello, Montepulciano, Assise, ...et la proximité du lac de Trasimène permet des balades agréables sur la voie cyclable... Passignano attire beaucoup de touristes... C'était vraiment un beau séjour.

Joli studio dans un beau domaine viticole, idéalement situé pour visiter Florence. La literie est bonne et la salle de bain rénovée est agréable. Le seul inconvénient est l'emplacement du studio avec vis à vis direct sur toutes les voies de passage du domaine (fenêtre de la chambre directement sur la terrasse du restaurant).

Esperienza molto positiva grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilita dell' host, alla bellezza del luogo e della struttura e alla posizione in relazione al piccolo e grazioso centro urbano di Monteroni. La nostra camera, all interno del rustico casale, era molto comoda, larga, ben restaurata e offriva il meglio per un soggiorno nella compagine della campagna senese.

Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto! La casa era esattamente come nelle foto, anzi, anche meglio: pulitissima, curata nei dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione era comoda, in una zona tranquilla. L’host è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un’esperienza autentica e rilassante. Sicuramente torneremo!

Alloggiare da Deborah è stata una bellissima esperienza. La villa era come da descrizione, e molto di più: Deborah è stata sempre disponibile, flessibile e reattiva in qualsiasi orario e richiesta, ci è stata offerta una colazione con grande scelta sia per il primo che per il secondo giorno e abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al suo ristorante (anche quest'ultimo di assoluta qualità e all'altezza di tutto il resto), con trattamento speciale. Se capiteremo in zona in futuro, torneremo sicuramente!

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

Bellissima villetta situata in zona tranquilla e immersa nel verde dei campi. Comodissima per alcuni giorni di vacanza in Umbria. Salotto ampio e cucina completa. Camere curate e ordinate. Bagni spaziosi e puliti. Super consigliato, visto anche l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

A deux pas de la belle Sienne, rez-de-chaussée de villa agréable et spacieux. Grands espaces, belles sdb. Super équipement général (cave à vin !) mais ni tasses ni mugs. Pas d'huile ou de condiments ( sel). Très dommage surtout à la vue de la prestation générale. par contre capsules cafés en nombre suffisant. Presque parfait donc !

What a beautiful place. So tranquil. Despite other guests being in the other houses dotted around the same garden we never bumped in to them - it felt private and intimate. The garden is so beautiful, well looked after with good views down the valley. The house is cool and quiet, felt rustic and authentic but not dated or dusty, it managed to strike that balance really well. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive, always quick to let us know about the place and had loads to recommend in the area. And Alba, the matriarch of this oasis, was just the sweetest and warmest person ever. So friendly and welcoming. She gave us both a big hug when we got there and I only wish I spoke some Italian to be able to thank her for everything. She brought us loads of delicious baked goods and just seemed so happy to have us there. Overall a really wonderful and memorable trip. The only regret is not booking one week later! The day we left the pool opened for the summer. We'll just have to come back!

Alloggio assolutamente perfetto! Posizione ottimale per chi vuole godersi i suoni rilassanti della campagna a due passi da Siena…una chicca l’amaca tra i due alberi!parcheggio dedicato di fronte a casa, e Anna decisamente disponibile e raggiungibile in caso di necessità! 4giorni di riposo per noi e i nostri due cani! Consigliamo vivamente!!

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

숙소가 도시 내에 편리한 곳에 위치에 있어서 근교를 다니거나 도시 네 돌아 보는데 부족함이 없습니다. 그리고 숙소에 모든 시설은 사용하는데 불편해 없도록 잘 준비 되어 있습니다. 그리고 궁금한 사항이나 필요한 정보를 성의껏 다 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다. 제가 사용 중에 세라의 물병을 파손 해서에 에어비앤비를 통해서 잘 협의 하고 마무리 하였습니다. 숙소를 사용하실 때는 그런 점을 주의해서 사용하시면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 숙소 주변에 무료 주차 공간은 요일별로 특정 시간에는 주차가 허용 되지 않으니 이점을 유의 하여 주차 하면 좋겠습니다.

L’appartamento è bellissimo, molto curato, arredato con gusto. La zona è silenziosa, tranquilla. Li ringrazio del check in rapidissimo. Avevo molta fretta. Purtroppo ci sono stata pochissimo, poche ore a notte, perché ero lì per lavoro. E’ un peccato. Merita di essere vissuto.

really nice stay in Montepulciano. Adriano was a welcoming host and his dog Diego was super cute and friendly! he left us breakfast which was great too. Defiantly recommend staying here, the garden is amazing to have breakfast in the sun:)

Place was beyond beautiful. House was perfectly well maintained and Bianca was a very warm and responsive host. Amenities were great. One cannot regret choosing this property. It was genuinely a very good deal.

Great location next to fabulous Café restaurants and wineries. Maria Teresa was very responsive and helped us with a late checkout in the last minute. We would definitely recommend!

Siamo stati benissimo nell'appartamento di Riccardo e Lesley. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, appartamento pulito e confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza spensierata. Consigliatissimo!!!
