Great cottage location very close to the main strip and a short walk to the beach. Cottage was clean and Eric is a very responsive host. You do have to bring your own bed linens but otherwise a great choice for a stay in Grand Bend.

The house was perfect for our two families to share while in town for a hockey tournament. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The place looks even better than in the photos. Would definitely return

We were five friends returning to the area where we grew up. This was a great spot to gather and enjoy a reunion by the waters that we grew up on. There is plenty of room and comfortable amenities for relaxing. David is a wonderful host; very responsive and concerned about meeting his guest's needs. Eating, shopping and walking areas are nearby. Would definitely recommend and enjoy returning in the future.

Cute as expected. Stayed for a quick overnight. Centrally located to lots of things to see. Perfect doc space out back to watch the sunset. Highly recommend.

Nice and clean place newly renovated with private pond were we enjoyed canoeing, kayaking and boat paddling. The kitchen has all the necessary small appliances. I suggest though to bring all you need related to cooking essentials (salt, pepper, sugar, oil) and extra towels.

The place is stunning, lots of privacy, place is fully fenced for your privacy, jacuzzi was something to have, during cold winter especially. We had an amazing experience at Marissas! We went with 10 of our friends and there was more than enough space for everyone to comfortably sleep and enjoy their space. The home itself was very beautiful & had everything we needed. The location is fabulous if you're looking for a cottage away from the city. There was lots of greenery around with an amazing backyard. The pool was the perfect temperature for late night swims. The best part about this cottage were the farm animals! We spent a lot of time with them & they were very friendly. Dahlia the goat is an absolute baby and sweetheart! If you're looking for a private oasis to relax & enjoy a long weekend, going to Marissas is the perfect spot for you. We will definitely be back! (Also price is amazing for the size & amenities of this home)

We enjoyed our stay at Chantyle’s trailer. The park was great for the kids to bike around and make friends. The pool was super clean and really fun to have along side the ipperwash beach which is beautiful! Paul was amazing at making sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. Even took us all on a golf cart tour. The trailer was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

We had a great weekend. This is not the kind of place some airbnbs have become -- a hotel experience. Instead it had an authenticity and humility that we loved. The horses and other animals were fantastic, and the space was very comfortable. We would love to go back again.

Stargazer Cottage is an absolute gem! Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beached, with optimal depth water that made our daily swims unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. They were especially accommodating with our kids, providing plenty of toys and games to keep them entertained. The cottage itself is beautifully maintained and boasts an outstanding view that we enjoyed every morning with our coffee. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, was perfect. This was a 10 out of 10 experience, and we can't recommend Stargazer Cottage highly enough. If you're looking for a serene yet activity-filled getaway, this is the place to be!

The cottage was everything I'd hoped for -- cozy, serene, tidy, thoughtfully decorated with the guest in mind, and best of all just a 5-min walk to the beach. I aimed to relax and recharge during the holidays and that's exactly what I got. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to all my queries. If I decide to getaway at Grand Bend again I've found my go-to place to stay.

We had a great weekend stay!! The heated porch was the best and the cottage was stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful view and nice fenced in yard for our dog.

This place was exactly what I needed—quiet, cozy, and right on the water. The private dock was perfect for relaxing mornings, and the house had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Super close to Detroit but still far enough to actually feel like a retreat. Loved the fireplaces, the game room (air hockey and foosball were clutch), and the full kitchen made it easy to cook when I didn’t feel like going out. Pet-friendly too, which was a huge bonus. Chelsea was an amazing and mindful host—thoughtful, responsive, and clearly cares about the guest experience. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and just felt easy. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Mana’s place. Great location, close to beach. Nice amenities—especially the kitchen—and Mana was helpful and attentive.

We had a fantastic stay as a family of 10. All instructions and information was simple and clearly communicated. We arrived to a spotless home, with simple, beautiful decor and personal touches! There was plenty of space for our group of 10. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cooking utensils and plenty of supplies. Everything was high quality, clean and appeared quite new. Bathrooms were very clean, simple and well-stocked. We chose this location knowing that there was not too many activities in the area at this time of year. The setting was peaceful and beautiful. We were able to do long winter walks right from the backyard. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home. We appreciate your responsiveness to our inquiries prior to arrival and during our stay. We would love to return again in the future.
