This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. Have fun at this stylish setting. There is one bedroom, a large bathroom with tub, living room and kitchenette. Included is a futon which accommodates 2 smaller children or one adult. There is also a small private flagstone patio for nature lovers. It is located only 5 minutes from broadway, 8 minutes from SPAC and 10 minutes to Saratoga Racetrack. Lake George is a brief 30 minute drive. Unique to this location is a horse farm on the opposite side of the street.

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.

Off-grid Riverbank Getaway

Welcome to the off-the-grid getaway! This tiny house is on stilts on the edge of the Alplaus Creek. If you want to get away from screens and tech, and enjoy tending a woodstove, this might be for you. Park in the marked spot near 41 Hill St and walk down the 500 ft trail. You can read by the woodstove, fish, write, have a campfire, or watch ducks/beaver/deer from the balcony. A canoe is provided.
