Dalia’s house is so cozy and we felt right at home. We had three adults and two children and it was perfect size for us. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the beach was an easy drive. Plus, there were so many towels which is great when you have kids who consider them a one-time use, haha. We also had easy access to grocery stores, pharmacy, Starbucks, etc. The one thing we were missing while there was a can opener, but no biggie and we made it work! Dalia’s own artwork is beautiful and decorates the house. We loved it! There are beach supplies: cooler, umbrella, buckets—we donated a beach tent to the house! Also, a second full-size fridge in the garage for leftover and drink overflow! I saw other reviews and can confirm there is now a blender 😊 Coffee pot, French press, toaster, microwave, and more! Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

This is a beautiful, clean, well decorated home in a safe private neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and very spacious with lots of storage space. The patio was private with a beautiful pool that was well heated for this time of year. The beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home.

We were so impressed by Brian's place, the pictures do not do it justice. Spacious, private, had everything you needed are just a few of the great things. One of our moat appreciated amenities was the pool, we had our own little oasis. We were also very grateful for the beach gear! This included a cooler, beach umbrellas, several beach chairs, a sand sifter, and a wagon to carry it all. Brian was very responsive and made sure we had the best stay possible. We will definitely be back!

The place was mostly what it said it would be, the pictures are accurate. Was pretty nice and cozy. Had lots of privacy, which was really nice. House was clean and had all of the amenities that were promised. Bed was really comfortable. The only drawback was that the pool was a little dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a few days before we got there but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

We had a lovely stay at Peter’s house. It was very well stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The garden is beautiful, and our family enjoyed some truly wonderful days there.

This is a fantastic place with wonderful hosts. I can't put into words the place and the experience we had in these few days. My little daughter still asks me why we didn't stay there. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to go back and meet again. The best part of our trip to the US was getting to know you! Thank you for everything!

We had an excellent stay! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was great, and I felt right at home. I would definitely book again and highly recommend this house to others.

The home was awesome. Cool property history and overall vibe, immaculately clean and in a great location. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a Sarasota vacation.

If you are looking for peaceful, calm, clean and safe, you want this place. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely safe on this property and walked around the property at night with no fear. It is very gated and the front desk crew are incredible. The only fair warning is because of all the steel used to build the building (must withstand hurricanes) your internet is iffy and same goes for your phone service. If those 2 things aren't a concern, I would stay here in a NY minute. The host responded to me immediately and after checking in, I didn't have to contact her because everything went so smoothly.

Great location, walkable to town and beach. Host/management was very responsive when we hade a question. The apartment was as described and very clean.

The unit was exactly as described. We liked the close proximity to the beach and to restaurants. Having a pool to use was an added bonus too.

My husband and I had a great time staying here. We were very close to EVERYTHING, seriously a short drive to all the beaches and even managed a trip to Universal. The place was very clean and spacious, we had not packed much but the hosts had provided anything we were missing (the iron was a great surprise). If you are looking for a quiet and comfy stay, do check this place out, the bed was seriously huge and way too comfortable. Oh and definitely stop at the Peruvian restaurant just down the street!! 10/10 will most likely return to this Airbnb!

All good and clean. Response is always quick. Just keep in mind that there is no washer and dryer in case you plan to stay longer.

5 stars! We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was spotless and very well-equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen supplies to extra towels. The pool and jacuzzi were definitely highlights; perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. It was also great to find a place that’s truly pet-friendly—our dog felt right at home. Everything was just as described, if not better. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Had a great stay! The home is very clean and in excellent condition. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. The location is perfect—just 4.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach and about an 18-minute drive to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Very beautiful, calm, and peaceful house the house was really clean and matched extaclty like the pictures and very clean aswell when we have arrived. An amazing clean pool, and is overall very good choice for when you are staying in the small town of North Port. I 100% recommend, especially the very easy way to get in and good communication from Yosdel 10/10!!!

We had a lovely stay at Villa 7! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (and more!). The kitchen was well stocked, the beach toys were a fabulous treat for the kids, and we loved the fun garage space! Kat was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. We appreciated the clear instructions, recommendations, and information she shared with us. We walked to the beach and the pool and could easily rinse off using the outdoor shower. We also enjoyed walking to the Daquiri Deck & Captain Curts, and taking the free Breeze Trolley into the village. This location is great and the villa itself is very nice!! Definitely recommend :)

We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities. The pool was nice and so was the screened in room and game room. The hosts were wonderful and we look forward to staying again some time. Thank you!

Great location. The pictures were accurate. Barb and her husband were friendly as I talked to both of them and are dog friendly. An easy walk to the beach and to Siesta Key Village. There’s even beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. My family and I will be staying there in the future.

Great house super spacious. It was perfect for my family we spent the whole at the pool and went to see the sunset at siesta key beach only 8 min away
