Me, my wife and 2 kids (ages 3 and 1) had a wonderful stay. It was our first time in Venice. I love how the setup was minimal but cute and homey. I asked for a pack n play last minute and it was still there upon arrival. The place is pretty new, super nice. Tim was super friendly and helpful. We will have to come back for sure!

I had an incredible stay at Edyta’s condo unit. As soon as I walked in the unit, it was completely clean and beautiful. Edyta supplied me with month’s supply of dish washing pods, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and dryer sheets. (Other locations have not been so generous) All of her appliances were top notch and in perfect condition. Everything was decorated nicely. I felt very comfortable during my stay which is greatly appreciated since I stayed for a couple months. Edyta was very quick to respond and address anything I needed. Thank you !

Excellent place to stay. Spotless, and in a great safe, classy location. The communication was impeccable, especially considering I booked this stay very last minute. Would love to visit again.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, and extremely clean. Checking in took just a hot minute longer than other Airbnb’s because of the buildings parking and elevator key fob system, but once you’re in it’s easy to navigate throughout your stay.

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed at. Location is fabulous, so close to some of the finest beaches and restaurants in Florida. The condo was meticulously clean, beautifully and practically furnished, and well-stocked —clearly every single detail was well thought out. The furnishings are so comfortable that it was better than being home. You almost don’t want to leave, but there is so much to do in Sarasota that an extended stay is definitely the way to go. To top it off, owners are perhaps the most responsive, considerate, and friendly people we have ever liaised with. They replied promptly and always thoughtfully answered any questions and while offering many helpful suggestions. An absolutely wonderful place that we can wholeheartedly recommend!

Robert was quick to respond to all inquiries and was kind to allow us an earlier check in. The information provided by Robert was clear and easy to follow. Lots of linen/towels and kitchen had all the needed appliances/cutlery (large and small), beach chairs etc. We really enjoyed our 10 day stay.

The property was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was clean and the home was well stocked with every item we needed. The host was always available and responded very quickly to our questions. This property was well worth the requested fee. We would stay here again during future visits to the area.

Very clean and comfortable, felt like home. We have stayed a lot of houses at different places and none were as well supplied as this house. If you like being on the water and aren’t bringing your on boat, this is for you. Lunch at fisherman’s village on the bay or a day ride to beautiful gulf water with lots of great fishing all around. If I had to pick something that needs attention it would be the dock, but that is petty. All that plus a great pool.

Your home is beautiful and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay at your home. Would recommend it to to others and would stay again when we come to Florida.

Jamie's house was wonderful, exactly as described with all the amenities you could ask for. It was easy to find, in a quiet area with plenty of parking and the property was well maintained. We loved the pool and the porch above it was a favorite lounging area for us. The three bedrooms were spacious and having three bathrooms was a big plus. Jamie was so responsive and her property welcoming. We were sad to leave and would definitely book again when visiting family in Venice.

What a beautiful home! It had all the comforts and convenience of being home. Jane was very responsive to any questions we had.

Milena is a wonderful host and has gone above and beyond our expectations in each of our three stays we have enjoyed at Siesta Breeze. We certainly look forward to returning again, highly recommend!

Amazing place. We had wonderful time here, felt like at home. House was very clean. My nephew loved Pokémon game in the living room. A lot of toys for kids. We spent most of the time playing games, fishing and kayaking. Cj is a wonderful host, very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place, and I hope we will stay here again.

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay here last week. Unfortunately my dad had passed away unexpectedly (who we were originally planning on visiting.). It ended up being his funeral that we would be attending. Sydney left a sweet note and goodies for us. We appreciated her kindness and understanding. The dollhouse was quaint and comfortable. We loved reading about its history and loved the peaceful neighborhood. It was so close to downtown !

The property was exceptional and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Strand. Amenities like the pool and gym were excellent. The host, Great Stay Homes, was extremely responsive. Our only disappointment was the size of the second “bedroom”. It is not a second bedroom, but rather a den. It has no window or closet, and a queen bed takes up the entire space.

We love walking around downtown Sarasota and the surrounding parks taking in all the sights, trying new restaurants and doing outdoor adventures and boating activities. This condo was located perfectly for that. The pool and hot tub were very peaceful. We enjoyed coffee on the veranda every morning. It was a very short drive to the Sarasota Yacht Club, St. Armand’s, and Siesta Key Beach. The condo was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive with any of our questions. We are hoping to return again soon!

We live in the area and had extensive home repairs ongoing, so we needed a place to stay nearby. The condo was perfect and a step up from other options we've used and at a price we could afford. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was well cared for, clean, and easy to use. The condo felt spacious and the view over the water was simply gorgeous, featuring dozens of pelicans every day we were there. Inside, the layout was simple and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and each of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The expansive master bath with a lovely shower, washer/dryer, and storage closest gave us room to stay clean and organized. Parking was easy with a reserved spot close to the elevator, and the hosts gave excellent and proactive instructions on what to do and how to do it. We had no problems getting into the unit and appreciated how peaceful and safe the place felt.

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in Sarasota staying in Jennifer’s apartment at The Strand. The accommodation was perfect in every way; a real home from home with everything thoughtfully provided by our host - from toiletries and cleaning products to beachtowels and even a coolbox. The apartment was spotless and easily accessible and communication with our host was so simple. Jennifer always responded swiftly to any messages and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation again and highly recommend both the apartment and our host, Jennifer, to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable surroundings for their holiday.

We had a wonderful week in MIchele's unit. There were no surprises! The condo was immaculate and modern. Michele was extremely responsive with any questions we had. The check in instructions were excellent. Seeing a bottle of prosecco with two chilled glasses in the fridge was such a nice surprise! The location was outstanding, with Saint Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota being just minutes away. We also loved the nearby restaurants that Michele recommended. Each room has a large screen tv with Roku loaded with a number of active streaming channels. The water view from the balcony was great, and parking couldn't have been easier in the reserved spot. We arrived without having had a chance to go shopping, and it was so nice that there were cold waters and sodas in the fridge, and plenty of coffee k-cups on the counter. We would definitely stay with Michele again. She was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay.

Extremely proactive and responsive host. Very nice condo which was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice pool, hot tub, and workout facility. Location was close to downtown, restaurants, beaches, golf, and shopping.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the canal. It's possible to walk to downtown Sarasota in about 30 minutes, as well as parks and the marina area. Nice pool and amenities, good designated covered parking, and easy instructions for all. We were very content staying here and would happily do so again.
