We fell in love with Santo António and we want you to experience the same thing - that's why we want to share our house with you. Amazing central apartment on the ground floor of a modern but historic building (totally rebuild in May 2016). Full of light, this apartment has plenty of space for two guests: 1 double bedroom with big closet area, 1 bathroom, spacious living room (dining and lounge areas), little office space and a cozy deck and PRIVATE garden where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air in the middle of historic Lisbon. :) It is situated in a calm street, yet in a central location. We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, espresso machine, microwave, and washing machine. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, shower gel, toilet paper, etc. There’s an iron in the apartment, etc… you don't have to bring any of those things. There are air conditionings in the room and living room. You’ll have wireless Internet, so if you'll need to connect, bring your devices ☺. We will welcome you at the apartment and share all of our knowledge and recommendations with you. We will also be on hand during your stay – should you have any problems or queries we are only a phone call away. The entrance lobby of the building have 24h security camera, this is a request from the condominium and is full compliance with portuguese law privacy policies We promise you will enjoy your stay, however, be warned! You may never want to leave! Price for 2 people using all the house; you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room, garden etc. This apartment could be used as a temporary Office, and has great work place. You will get the keys from us personally and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and the neighborhood. We will also be on hand during your stay - you can contact us by phone, SMS, mail or x(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)x Messenger. Located in the Santo António district, the home places you at the center of Lisbon's historic architecture and culture. Quaint, cobbled streets lead you delicious restaurants and charming cafes with the city center just a short walk away. 3 min walking from/to the metro stations Restauradores or Avenida and 5 min walking from the train station Rossio (Sintra train). Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if you are interested.
