Great place to stay in Lisbon. It’s right in the centre of the city close to everything. Joana is a great host very responsive and friendly. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need. It’s spacious. Well decorated and very clean. Easy access from the street with modern lift. No keys are required as the doors open with a digital code. Recommend it 100%

We had a great stay in the apartment. It offers a nice view of the river and the host provided clear instructions on the accessing of the apartment and tips for activities/restaurants in the neighbourhood. You might hear birds on the roof depending on which time of the year you're going, so earplugs are recommended. Other than that, a perfect location!

1. Small bonus, on the bottom floor of our building, very clean and convenient laundromat and luggage lockers. 2. Huge bonus, incredibly friendly creative flexible hosts. Joao's business hosts several properties and also offers concierge service. They picked us up at the airport, then 2 days later provided a private car to Sintra and Cascaix, for very reasonable fees. That day trip morphed twice, when timed tickets and weather worked against us. Francisco created/adapted the perfect itinerary.

Beautiful spacious place. As the other reviews mentioned it could be a little loud for light sleepers at the end of the night but the location made it worth it. There was a concierge for the apartments that helped us book a Fado dinner as well as a tuk tuk tour and that was super helpful. He took care of everything, we just had to show up on time! I'd stay here again next time I visit Portugal.

We really enjoyed staying at this well-located apartment. The beds are comfortable and the place felt both stylish and cosy. Communication was frequent and very informative.

Nous avons un très bon séjour à Lisbonne. L’appartement est bien situé au pied de la Se avec vue sur le Tage depuis le salon. L’agencement particulier de l’appartement avec un grand couloir séparant la cuisine de la table à manger nécessite un peu d’organisation avec des enfants. Avelino était facilement joignable il a même pu changer le lave vaisselle en panne la semaine de Pâques. Merci

We hebben ons goed vermaakt in Almada. Het huis is prachtig en het uitzicht fenomenaal. Celia was super behulpzaam en vriendelijk!

The location of the apartment is exactly as I had hoped - in a peaceful, quiet area and within a walkable distance to local supermarkets (including Aldi & Lidl). There were a couple of incidents (one of which was totally unforeseeable), but both of these were dealt with immediately by ‘Victoria’ who manages the property for Julien. Victoria was excellent. The only slight negative, as I’m a very light sleeper, was the thinness of the dividing walls. You can hear the neighbours moving around. They are extremely quiet after about 8:00pm, but when the family gets up at 6:45am to get the kids to school, the noise starts. It does, however, go quiet again about an hour later. If you sleep like a log, this won’t be an issue for you. Other than that, the surrounding area is stunning. Access to the North to places such as Lisbon, Nazaré, Peniche is easy (with a hire car). The same applies to Setubal and Sesimbra to the South.

This was one of the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed at. Even Hilton doesn’t prepare their rooms as perfectly as Claudia’s. It was super well decorated, extremely clean, had everything you needed. It was also a walkable distance from the ferry which is your best way to get to Lisbon (be careful of the weather as they can cancel the last one if there is too much wind). Claudia was hands down why this app was created and if all the host took so much care of their guests, it would be amazing. 1000% would recommand !

We had a great time - check in was very easy and we met Sofia when we arrived. She gave a lot of suggestions what to see and where to go. The apartment is located in a quiet street but very accessible with public transport (we didn’t have a car, but parking seems to be limited). The house is lovely, very cozy, convenient for 4 people. There are two additional single beds on the second floor in the open area to accommodate two more and a sofabed downstairs which we didn’t use. The stairs are very steep, which may be a concern for people with reduced mobility or when hauling larger luggages. We didn’t have any problems and had a wonderful experience!

Sehr schönes großes Anwesen mit ausreichend Platz für eine sehr große Gruppe. Toller Blick in die Ferne. Leider hatten wir nicht so viel Glück mit dem Wetter, sodass wir den Pool nicht nutzen konnten. Es gab ein paar kleinere Defekte aber Antonio hat sich direkt gekümmert. Die Unterkunft ist zu Beginn etwas schwierig zu finden, aber dann super gelegen. Aber man sollte ein Auto dabei haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten trotz Regenwetter eine tolle, erholsame Zeit bei Lurdes. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und mit super Sightseeing und Restaurant Tipps versorgt. Elisabeth war immer für uns erreichbar und reagierte sehr schnell. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse ist großartig! Der in der Nähe liegende Strand (wir würden ein Auto empfehlen) hat tolle Bars und klares Wasser. Das Haus ist sauber und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Joao est très sympathique et accueillant. Tout est conforme à l’annonce et c’est un spectacle chaque jour d’ouvrir la porte de la maison sur l’océan. Cours de surf de devant la maison, très bon restaurant voisin. Je recommande sa maison.

Rio d'Sal is a great place to stay in Alcochete. The main highlights: - right in the center of Alcochete. Th promenade, the beach, the restaurants, are all close by; - very well-equipped kitchen, all needed amenities; - very good shower, modern, spacious; - really good pillows! - kind, responsive host, clear information, flexible check-in via lockbox. No negatives, can't go wrong here.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado e bem espaçoso, próximo ao Centro Comercial Vasco da Gama, supermercado, restaurantes, farmácia, isso tudo a pé, o que foi ótimo. Tudo dentro do apartamento é espetacular! Uma vista incrível, de não cansar de admirar. Anfitriões são incríveis, super atenciosos, educados e a buscar a melhor experiência para os hóspedes. Me senti em casa, voltaria com certeza! The apartment is very well located and spacious, close to the Vasco da Gama Shopping Center, supermarket, restaurants, and pharmacy, all within walking distance, which was great. Everything inside the apartment is spectacular! An incredible view, you never get tired of admiring it. The hosts are incredible, super attentive, polite, and looking for the best experience for their guests. I felt at home, I would definitely come back!

La estancia fue muy agradable. El piso es pequeño pero muy bien organizado, y completamente equipado. Tiene de todo lo necesario para estancias cortas y no tan cortas. Me sentí en casa desde el primer momento.

Wir haben einen Monat in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet und ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Internet war stabil und schnell – für uns besonders wichtig, da wir remote arbeiten. Die Gegend ist ruhig und modern, außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber mit allem, was man braucht, direkt in der Nähe: Lidl und Pingo Doce sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch das große Einkaufszentrum Vasco da Gama ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend – von der nahegelegenen Station "Oriente" kommt man bequem überall hin, zum Beispiel nach Sintra. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung in die Stadt liegt sogar noch näher. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt!

This was my first experience using an "Air bnb" so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. This apartment was so wonderful for our family in Lisbon. It was very modern, clean, and the location couldn't have been better. All sights and metro/train stations were all walking distance. The apartment was on the second floor, and accessible via steps or elevator. It was very quiet in the bedrooms at night considering its proximity to the city center. This apartment was fully stocked with everything that you might need -- coffee machine, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, cleaning supplies, bathroom body wash, hair dryer, etc. The laundry room was the best addition to the included amenities. My family goes through a lot of clothing and being able to keep up with laundry every other day made our long trip more enjoyable. There was so much space in this apartment, it felt like we were at a second "home". If we every come back to Lisbon, we will be using this place again without a doubt.

Very clean place, and convenient location. The shower is small and the tile is slippery. I think it’s ideal for two adults or maybe 2 adults and a small child based on the size of the apartment.

This apartment was perfect for a couple staying in Lisbon. The first floor was extremely cozy and had a great vibe to it, they did a great job of decorating and make guests feel comfortable. The bedroom upstairs was very spacious and the A/C kept us cool at night (it took less than 5 mins to cool the entire upstairs bedroom). The balcony was very comfortable and a fantastic spot for morning coffee or sunset wine. Beatriz, our main point of contact was incredibly responsive and even provided us with an extensive list of recommendations for things to do, sights to see and restaurants to eat at. She checked in a few times to make sure our stay was going well. Check in was super easy, with a key provided at a lockbox outside. Despite being in a busy area, the street is very quiet with very minimal traffic. There is a beautiful church and park less than a 5 minute walk, as well as numerous cafes and stores to stock up on essentials for your stay. We would 100% stay here again!
