Muy buena ubicación. Nos encantó la piscina y la zona del rancho. Raúl fue muy flexible con el check out. Nos ayudó ante una emergencia que tuvimos. Excelente host.

La casa es para 4 personas, la parte interna es pequeña pero no es un tema porque pasa uno el día completo en las áreas exteriores que son enormes y excelentemente equipadas. Una parrilla de gas enorme, con su refrigerador, horno microhondas, cocina, todo esto en el área exterior donde la piscina y jacussi completan el cuadro perfecto, ademas la playa esta a pasos caminando con muchas sombras. Una excelente opción definitivamente volveremos.

We absolutely loved staying here. The house and garden were beautiful, we had everything we needed, and it was private and quiet. It's also very close to the beach and all the restaurants and cafes. The hosts we're very friendly and responsive. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I love the quiet location and great view! We were returning for a 3rd visit to this house and it’s always great! Walkable food, drinks, coffee and beach. Great hosts, always super responsive and kind. They’re helpful with things around the house and know everything about the area if you need anything. The beach is paradise! The house is a perfect place for you to feel like you’re miles away from anything, when really it’s just a quick walk

We couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here 6 nights. Juan was very flexible and responsive, Noelle at the front desk was always helpful and friendly and the maintenance man came and fixed something that we found broken within 10 minutes. The place feels like you’re in your own private sanctuary yet is located at the top of a road that leads down directly into the alley everyone uses to walk onto the beach. There are lots of restaurants and shops just at the bottom of the road too. A local market about 500 meters away carries everything you could need. This is as good overall as AirBnB’s get so I highly recommend staying. Two things to note are that you will need something with 4x4 drive to get up/down the driveway and if you are particular about pillows I would recommend you to bring your own as the ones here are pretty flat. That being said, the bed is large and comfy and the entire layout is very romantic. Thank you Juan to you and your crew! Thanks Noelle!

We absolutely loved this place! Both house and location! The house is beautiful, well equipped and super comfortable. Loved the dynamics of the open living space & kitchen facing the pool & surrounded by luxurious vegetation, the spacious open bathroom & the comfortable A/c rooms. The space is perfect for a family of 4 like us and is great both in sunny and rainy days. The kitchen is very well equipped. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. They are always in the area doing maintenance and assisting on anything you might need. The house is cleaned every morning and the wet towels changed (both shower and pool). The hermosa market is right next door which is very convenient. And the beach is my favourite in the area. Soooo beautiful!!! perfect for surfing all levels. A beautiful walk away from the house. I could live here!!!

Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem sehr spannenden Haus. Eher rustikal als luxuriös aber für uns war es perfekt. Affen und Papageien in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus und ein Hotel/Restaurant auf dem Nachbarsgrundstück mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Juan Carlos, der auch ein Hotel am Tambor beach managed war ein perfekter Host, jeweils sehr schnell und kompetent. Juan Carlos engagiert sich aktiv an einem turtle rescue program. Es war ein highlight für unsere Kinder, die frisch geschlüpften Schildkröten beim Sonnenaufgang ins Meer freizulassen. Alles in allem waren wir begeistert von der Zeit in diesem tollen Haus und die Gegend um tambor beach und können sie definitiv empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at Pia’s place. Her parents, Gabby and Federico, were great hosts and responsive to all requests. We stayed for 3 months and got to know the area, many of the neighbors, neighborhood dogs, and establishments in Carrillo. The place is in a very convenient location. It’s a walkable distance to everything in Carrillo y la playa. The adjacent forest is typically filled with howler monkeys, iguanas, and a diversity of birds. The house and pool were great. They needed regular maintenance as everything does in this environment, but the owners were typically right on it. Recommended accommodation.

El alojamiento espectacular: tiene diferentes ambientes, vista hermosa, piscina super chiva, muy moderno y equipado, super tranquilo el lugar, espacio de parqueo, camas muy cómodas. Se requiere vehículo 4x4. Disfrutamos muchísimo del lugar. Super recomendado!

Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir uns erhofft haben und noch viel mehr. Mitten in der Natur (dem Wald und seiner Tierwelt), und doch in 15 Min. über eine Treppe (ca. 100 Höhenmeter) zum weiten Traumstrand. Ein grandioser Blick über den Wald zum Meer. Natürliches, wohlschmeckendes Wasser aus eigener Quelle, nicht chloriert! Starkes Wlan (Starlink-gespeist), abschaltbar für Strahlen-Sensible. „Profi“-Sortiment an Edelstahltöpfen/-pfannen und -messern. Absolute Stille - bis auf die wunderbaren Geräusche der Tierwelt. In der Nacht ein berauschender Sternenhimmel, grandiose Sonnenaufgänge. Bei Bedarf verleiht Joachim ein Quad / ATV, mit dem wir unsere Einkäufe tätigen und das Umfeld ausgiebig erkunden konnten. Geheimtip für Bio-Fans: Die Green World in Santa Teresa. Tip für den absoluten Flow: Mit dem Quad bei Ebbe über den Strand von Manzanillo „gleiten“. Die Betreuung: sehr kurze Antwortzeiten, schnelle, wirksame Hilfe, absolute Privatsphäre. Danke Joachim für diese Erfahrung!

We as a family of four loved the place. So nice to be able to sit on the veranda with a coffee listen to the waves crash and watch wildlife. Lily and Rosie were very helpful and gracious.

Such a lovely stay, the villa is gorgeous, views are stunning, we loved it! The hill is walkable but steep so it was definitely a good work out, we had a 4x4 and it managed it fine. Santa Teresa is great, so many restaurants and bars, we surfed/tried to, headed to Montezuma for zip wire and thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the villa. BBQ and kitchen was great, we ate in a few times and quite enjoyed watching the ant action at night. Tomi the dog was a lovely extra we discovered he loved chomping on ice cubes, he was a gem! The hosts are very responsive, loved the info they sent it was great, would highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing two week stay at Casa Camino ground floor! The house was amazing and modern, yet highlighted the surrounding nature beautifully. We saw many monkeys, iguanas, frogs, and more which was special. The location is perfect on the north end of Santa Teresa - away from the busiest part of town, 5 min walk to surf & beach. Mike and his team were great communicators and always helpful with assisting in coordinating activities, taxis, etc. You won’t regret staying here!

Everything about our stay here was a dream, I didn’t want to leave! This place is a little piece of paradise and is so much more than we expected. The place was so clean, the water pressure in the shower was amazing, the property was spectacular! We loved taking a dip in the pool each evening and hearing the howler monkeys each morning, the different birds and other wildlife! Michele is an amazing host - always looking out for his guests and providing advice and recommendations based on our daily plans each time we ran into him - he truly cares about his guests and wants your stay to be as perfect as you do. He let us check in early when we arrived in Montezuma, he also recommended we check out late as he had no guests coming the day we left. I cannot say anything bad about this place!

We really enjoyed our time at Simonas place and actually extended our stay by another 4 nights. The location is perfect (3 min walk to the surf beach) and the apartment has everything you need. We would come back anytime! :)

La casa de Dana esta en una posicion predilecta, se puede caminar por un pequeño sendero para llegar a la playa y esta en una zona mas tranquila de Santa Teresa. Disfrutamos de la terraza despues que bajó el sol y la cocina era muy comoda para preparar las comidas.

This villa was perfect for our stay in Santa Teresa! It was the perfect location - such a short walk to the beach and so many different cafes/restaurants. Roy was so accommodating and helpful. We are already thinking about planning our next trip to Santa Teresa and will absolutely be staying here again!

Todo excelente. La casa es preciosa y súper cerca de Montezuma centro. La calle está un poco descuidada, pero es algo ajeno a la casa. Si mejoran la calle sería increíble, ya que se necesita un 4x4 o buen carro para ingresar.

I’ve had to take some time to fully articulate the experience we had. To put it simply, the photos do not do the home justice. The staff is just amazing. We had never been to Montezuma, and, what an amazing town. We had been to Costa Rica before, and if you’re looking for an authentic experience with people you trust, do yourself a favor and stay here. The home speaks for itself. It’s such a special place. Skip the popular & tourist towns and visit here. Amazing.

El lugar y ubicación inmejorables, un lugar PET friendly hermoso, cerca de todo y muy bien cuidado

We had a wonderful stay at this property: we loved relaxing on the large terraced area, watching local wildlife: birds, squirrels, monkeys. The pool area was ideal for cooling down in the afternoons. The beach is within a short walking distance, as is a supermarket and other eateries. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and additional towels, and the aircon in both bedrooms was a relief at night. Beds and linens were extremely comfy - we all slept incredibly well on this leg of our trip. The host was very responsive both before and during our stay. Overall, a very relaxing few days in the middle of a busy trip around Costa Rica! We would return again in a heartbeat.

The place was amazing! They look cleaners and maid service was also friendly. The only problem is the raccoons drinking from the pool later at night and crawling on the roof but I think that’s out of their hands. Otherwise it’s the most central spot for anything around Santa Teresa and the host is so responsive!

Está casa es una verdadera joya en Montezuma. Su ubicación es un poco complicada (recomiendo un auto alto) pero considero que es el precio a pagar por tan espectacular vista al mar y al bosque y por la privacidad que el lugar proporciona. Además, Dave fue lo suficientemente claro para ayudarnos a llegar con instrucciones precisas, comunicación a tiempo y un video que hace más fácil el Acceso. La casa es tan hermosa como se muestra en las fotos; la piscina, aunque pequeña, es ideal para relajarse mientras se disfruta del entorno y del concierto de sonidos de la naturaleza. El pueblo está bastante cerca, a menos de 10 min en auto si se va por el camino corto (colocando ruta a pie) y a 20 si deciden tomar la ruta larga que marca maps con auto, cualquiera de las dos opciones para nosotros estaba bien. Gracias Dave por tu comunicación tan oportuna y por aparecer a la media noche para guiarnos. Mi familia y yo pasamos días increíbles y soñamos con una casa como la tuya. ¡Hasta la próxima!

Todo súper lindo ya hemos ido varias veces lo único que recomendaría es poner algo de sombra en el área de piscina ya que es imposible comer o pasar un día de piscina bajo el sol. Y el otro detalle es poner agarraderas a la entrada de casa tranquila, para mayor seguridad ya que es terreno quebrado, pero de ahí en fuera todo bien y volveré 🙏🏽
