This idyllic property is a true hidden gem that will steal your heart with its timeless beauty and peaceful atmosphere. A 5 minute walk from the town square, Casa Tula is nestled in its own private courtyard garden (with fountain) on a gentle South-facing slope that boasts breath-taking views. The house has tall ceilings and fine furnishings with conveniences like strong Wifi, bathtub, lockable walk-in-closet, hot/filtered water and washing machine.

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.

It is very private, secure and the property is full of plants and gardens. It is a short walk to the center of San Marcos but not located on a road. we are on a foot path 2 minutes walk from the road.

Take a walk to one of the neighboring villages or explore the lake by boat. At the end of the day settle back with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset.

Casa Lago Atitlán/San Pedro La Laguna

I have a nice apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a beautiful view. The house was recently built, and has 3 apartments with separate private entrances. I am from San Pedro and I can recommend local activites and places to eat and drink. You will have a great time here, and you can even hear the birds singing from the apartment!
