Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

The Ranch house is located in the rural area of Arroyo Grande.My wife and I and two older boys live here on ten Acres with two houses.We live in the main house in front and our guest house is behind it on the other side of the pool. We use the pool area as our back yard area.
