We really enjoyed our stay at Roberta’s place! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Roberta was a lovely host — very kind and welcoming. She gave us a few helpful local tips that really made our trip even better. The area is quiet, with the seafront just a short walk away, as well as a large supermarket and plenty of great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

L’appartamento di Mario è un’ottima opzione se si vuole visitare Genova senza rinunciare al mare! Si trova a Genova Nervi ed è ben collegato con il centro di Genova ma anche con le più famose città della costa ligure,, Camogli.. Portofino.. tutto raggiungibile in treno.. a piedi potrete invece godere della passeggiata lungomare di Anita Garibaldi e dei parchi di Nervi e delle spiaggette che si aprono vicino all’appartamento. Svegliarsi sul mare è sicuramente affascinante

Ambiente gradevole e pulito. Vista suggestiva sul mare e sul paese. Parcheggio auto a 10 minuti dalla casa. Host gentilissimi e disponibili! Addormentarsi e svegliarsi col suono delle onde che si infrangono sulla spiaggia è un toccasana per lo spirito!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 3 jours à Sori. Gloria nous a accueilli personnellement et nous a mis à disposition des informations touristiques utiles. Le logement correspond aux photos. Propre, décoré simplement mais avec goût. Même si l'appartement se trouve au premier étage, la petite vue sur la mer est appréciable. L'accès à la plage se fait en quelques secondes. Le parking privé et sécurisé est un grand plus (l'accès étant un peu étroit, à l'Italienne). La proximité avec les transports publics nous a permis de nous rendre facilement à Gênes et alentours, ce qui est pratique (mais bon à savoir, le bus est chargé, la conduite sportive et l'accès délicat pour les personnes à mobilité réduite). Pour les plus sensibles, les vibrations du train et des cloches se font entendre, ce qui ne nous a pas plus dérangé que cela. En somme, un bon rapport qualité-prix pour découvrir la Ligurie. Nous recommandons le logement !

Todo estuvo excelente! El apartamento bien ubicado, hermosas vistas , todo muy bonito, estuvieron muy atentos a nuestras dudas y siempre nos ayudaron! Muchas gracias! Volveríamos de nuevo!

Wir haben die Tage in Nicolas Heim sehr genossen. Die Dachterrasse bietet eine traumhafte Sicht über den ganzen Golfo Paradiso und man hat Privatsphäre. Zudem erreicht man Bahnhof und Dörfchen bequem zu Fuss. Nicola hat uns super betreut und stand für die Beantwortung von Fragen zur Verfügung. An die steile Treppe zur Dachterrasse gewöhnten wir uns bald. Wir können die Bleibe in diesem wortwörtlich Kunst-vollem Haus sehr empfehlen, auch mit Teenagern.

Departamento muy lindo y espacioso, comodisimo, con todo lo necesario. Excelente ubicación y anfitriona excepcional. Totalmente recomendable

Fantastisch verblijf – absolute aanrader! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in deze B&B! Het appartement is zeer ruim, kraaknet en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig – van keukenmateriaal tot kleine extra’s die je verblijf net dat tikkeltje comfortabeler maken. De host is een absolute topper: ontzettend vriendelijk, altijd bereikbaar en superbehulpzaam. Hij geeft bovendien fantastische tips over de omgeving, van verborgen pareltjes tot leuke eetadresjes. De ligging is prachtig: een rustige en groene omgeving met mooie wandelroutes en bezienswaardigheden vlakbij. Ideaal voor wie even wil ontsnappen aan de drukte en echt wil genieten. Kortom: een plek waar je je meteen thuis voelt en zeker naar terug wil keren. Een echte aanrader!

Alles war perfekt. Das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Fotos und tiptop sauber! Es gibt einen Espressokocher und Caterina hatte sogar eine Packung Espresso dazugestellt. Ausserdem verschiedene öle, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, frische Küchenlappen,... . Genug Platz für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Teenager. Die Betten haben feste Matratzen, was wir sehr mochten. Heizung hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Lage ist phantastisch. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber man ist schnell zu Fuss am Meer, beim Carrefour express und in zwanzig Minuten in Nervi. Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof fünf-sieben Minuten zu Fuss, Busse nach Genua Zentrum alle 11 Minuten. Haben Auto während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gebraucht. Danke an Caterina und ihre Familie. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is one of the most unique places we’ve ever stayed in. So special. And Alessio was extremely helpful and attentive to our questions and came with suggestions and was quick with responses. We will definitely be back.

Chiara et sa famille nous ont très bien accueilli. L'appartement est a moins de 5 min de la gare, très pratique pour visiter la région de Portofino aux cinque terre. Vous trouverez tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement qui est a la fois confortable et fonctionnel. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

My family (two adults, one child) had a wonderful stay at Teresa's apartment. It was the perfect place to explore the area around Genoa—we loved Recco and Bogliasco, and had a beautiful day riding the ferry to San Fruttuoso. Teresa was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. She also had some great recommendations for our short visit. We recommend this apartment!

Cavi è tranquilla e piccola ma offre comunque i servizi piu utili come bar, supermercati, ristoranti. Con il minimo spostamento, anche via treno , è possibile spostarsi e visitare molti altri punti mare ed entroterra. Host super gentile e disponibile, casa perfetta come nelle foto e completa di tutto, davvero tutto.

Eravamo già stati a Lavagna negli anni passati,però soggiornando in albergo.Adesso avendo avuto da poco la nostra terza bimba,necessitavano di un alloggio in una posizione comoda,fronte mare e con tutti i confort,ascensore compreso.Claudio ha fatto al caso nostro!ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo,un appartamento bello spazioso,dotato di tutto il necessario per una famiglia numerosa come la nostra.Tutto perfettamente funzionante,dalla TV,alla macchinetta del caffè,lavatrice,elettrodomestici vari.Inoltre vi erano a disposizione libri molto belli per ragazzi e bambini piccoli.Le camere sono molto spaziose ed ariose,con un balcone immenso che fa tutto il giro della casa,Claudio al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare varie merendine per la colazione,cialde del caffè e bevande fresche. Che dire,davvero una persona disponibile,cortese e a modo,inoltre molto flessibile per check in e check out. Torneremo di sicuro a Soggiornare da Claudio,la nostra è stata un'esperienza super piacevole!!

Wunderschöne Wohnung, mitten im Zentrum, nahe des Meeres. Wir waren als fünfköpfige Familie (alle drei Kinder 17 Jahre und älter) hier und haben es sehr genossen. Elisa hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, mit Spezialitäten der Region und einer Flasche hervorragendem Prosecco. Sie war sehr flexibel bezüglich unserer Ankunft und hat uns alles gezeigt. Sie hat uns tolle Tips und Hilfe gegeben. Elisa hatte uns empfohlen, mit dem Zug anzureisen und das wäre (wenn preislich zu fünft nicht viel teurer als das Auto) wirklich besser gewesen. Mit dem Auto in der Stadt und auch in den umliegenden Orten ist es wirklich äußerst schwierig. Wir haben immer gerade noch einen Parkplatz auf dem von Elisa empfohlenen Parkplatz (10 min zu Fuß entfernt) gefunden. Es empfiehlt sich auch, für die Nacht Ohrstöpsel mitzunehmen, da es eben mitten drin liegt und nicht gerade leise ist ;) Besonders gut haben uns die vielen kleinen Cafés und Bars gefallen, sowie der Markt, und ein paar der anliegenden Orte. Nous avons passé super séjour. Rapallo est parfait comme bas pour visiter les Cinque Terre et d'autres villages magnifiques comme Portofino. Tout s'est très bien passé avec Mirabela, je recommande vivement. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Appartement charmant avec une vue mer. Tout est propre et conforme à la description. Paola et son mari nous ont accueilli à notre arrivée et ont été très réactifs lorsque nous leur avons posé des questions. Le garage est un plus. Le centre ville est à 5min à pied et la gare qui dessert les 5 terres, ou Gênes, Portofino à 15min à pied. Top, je recommande !!!

Grazioso appartamento in posizione comodissima e tranquilla per spostarsi a piedi verso Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure e Portofino. Pulito, arredato in modo semplice ma con tutti i confort necessari al soggiorno. Comunicazione e indicazioni per raggiungerlo davvero gentili e precise. Ottima scelta per evitare la confusione, traffico e affollamento del ponte del 1 maggio. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato e anche il parcheggio pubblico proprio di fronte. Molto carina e vicinissima anche la spiaggia del piccolo centro San Michele di Pagana. Consigliato per coppie e famiglie con 1 bambino, i letti e lo spazio e sono forse un po’ piccoli per ospitare più persone. Mi sento davvero di consigliare l’appartamento.
