The best room in Italy I have ever lived! Lavinia and Riccardo are really nice, kind, zealous and friendly! They gave us the best service! Also, breakfast is nice, especially cookies! You won't regret it if you live there! Anyway, I will live there every time in Florence afterwards.

Das Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist gemütlich und sauber, stilvoll, wir fühlten uns extrem wohl. Der Garten, in dem bei schönem Wetter gefrühstückt werden kann, ist wunderschön! Das Frühstück ist fein. Die Menschen, die da arbeiten sind wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und warmherzig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pobyt był bardzo przyjemny. Marisa wszystko nam wytłumaczyła. Na miejscu dostaliśmy prywatną łazienkę co było dla nas małą niespodzianką. Po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy zostawić nasze bagaże na dalsze zwiedzanie miasta.

Excelente atención de Carla y Nico! Muy amables y serviciales. No pudimos alquilar un auto por lo que Carla nos llevaba hasta el ingreso de la ciudad cuando coincidían sus horarios, fue de mucha ayuda! Es tranquilo, la vista panorámica preociosa… algunos taxis no ingresan hasta el portón de la casa que son aproximadamente 5 cuadras hasta la carretera.

Excelente lugar, el desayuno muy bueno, Mario y todo el equipo son excelentes anfitriones, hay lugares cercanos para comer y bares, hasta tarde, la zona es segura para caminar de noche. Solo hay que considerar que no hay elevador, si llevas equipaje pesado

Definitely the best place to stay in Florence. Rooms are very clean and beautiful and close to everything you need to see in Florence. Host is so kind and pay attentions to your needs in intents to make your stay as good as possible. We recommend this place at 200% !!!

Overall it was really nice. I would have preferred to stay on other rooms of the villa but they were all already booked. This room in particular was not of our taste. Perhaps you like it!

Posto stupendo e molto accogliente siamo stati benissimo

Localização fácil de acessar, quartos bons e limpos, com secador no banheiro, água quente, cama bem ok. Estrutura do hostel muito boa. Realizam diversas atividades, welcome drink e massa a noite para os hospedes de forma gratuita. Vale lembrar: só fornecem toalha por meio de aluguel.

Walkable distance to everything, great for young tourists who want to feel safe as it’s a lot of other tourists staying there. Great price

This was a great location and the room was fantastic! The hot tub on the roof was worth the ‘price of admission’ especially with the view available! I’d recommend doing it at sunset if you can! Within walking distance of all major tourist sites and had parking available if you rent a car. Room was nice and I could walk to the roundabout nearby for a small breakfast and large lunch and dinner!

Minha estadia foi excepcional! Recebi uma atenção da imensa do meu anfitrião, ele foi especial! Ótima localização, uma limpeza especial, quarto super amplo….excepcional experiência! Voltaria novamente com total certeza! Perto de estação ferroviária, comércio, principal igreja, locais para alimentação…. Indescritível experiência! Anfitrião sempre disponível! Obrigada por tanto!

Our stay at Palazzina Maresa was perfect. The palazzina has been completely gut-renovated into several distinct vacation rental apartments, each uniquely styled by a different designer. This particular unit suited our tastes perfectly, with stunning high ceilings, beautiful metallic Venetian plaster, and brand-new everything! It was silent at night, and the Porta Romana neighborhood is one of the most desirable in Florence—home to affluent residents and pleasantly removed from the sometimes overwhelming tourist crowds and group tours, yet still within easy walking distance of Florence’s magnificent sights. If you plan keep up your fitness while away from home, know that one of the very few gyms in Florence is steps from this apartment. Marta took wonderful care of us and was always accessible throughout our stay. If you’re lucky enough to find availability at Palazzina Maresa, book it now!
