We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. What can you say about Giovanni and Il Colle that hasn’t already been said? You arrive, he greets you. He shows you the property, he shows you the products that come from his labors. He offers you the opportunity to enjoy them and he explains where they come from and how they compliment a lifestyle that is truly unique. He takes you to your room and shows you all of the features of the place. He is ever present and will be there for help, guidance on restaurants, directions, or general conversation. This place is in his blood and it is clearly evident. 5 stars isn’t enough. Use Il Colle as your hub and explore Florence, San Gimignano, Siena and the surrounding areas, but come back home to this place for solitude and an escape from the crowds. Do not book less for than 3 nights. I did (1 night - ugh). We are now in our next place, and we are even more bummed we’re not there. Giovanni is one of a kind. You will not regret it. Grazie Mille!

We spent a week at Il Vichiaccio and I already miss the house. The house was perfect for a family of 5 adults. We felt immediately at home, had all what we needed. The location and views are awsom, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Plenty of great wineries and restaurants in the ares. Beatrice is a great host, answered every question we had, gave us recommendations and even helped us when our daughter didn't feel well. We strongly recommend!

L'élégance et le confort de ce bel appartement, sa proximité avec le centre de Florence, la gentillesse de Luciano ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour dans cette ville fabuleuse. Un seul regret: être partis trop tôt!

We werden zeer hartelijk verwelkomd door Franscesca met een lekker hapje en een drankje. In het huisje vonden we alles wat we nodig hadden. Het is heerlijk rustig gelegen, wat wil zeggen dat je de kronkelende weggetjes van de Toscaanse heuvels erbij horen. Wij huurden één dagje Vespa’s in Castellina in Chianti, bezochten Firenze met de trein en gingen ook paardrijden (Crazy Horse Ranch). Natuurlijk genoten we ook van een bezoek aan de wijn- en omijfgaard Il Colle. We rijden dus met extra lekkers naar huis! 🍷🫒

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The location is very central, about a 15-minute walk to the train station and just 10–15 minutes to major attractions like the Uffizi Gallery. The apartment was clean and had all the basic essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The little garden was a sweet bonus, perfect for a quiet moment after a day of exploring. The hosts were also very kind and flexible, allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for a convenient and cozy stay in Florence.

Le logement de Stefania est idéal pour passer quelques jours sur Florence. Il y a tout le nécessaire et le centre reste accessible à pied ou en bus. Le frigo est un peu bruyant la nuit et cela a pu nous gêner de temps en temps.

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende in der Wohnung von Agnese verbracht. Alles war bestens. Sauber, ordentlich. Schön. Die Kommunikation mit Agnese war sehr unkompliziert und sie war jederzeit bei kurzfristigen Fragen erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het uitzicht was echt prachtig en Chiara was zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. De kinderen konden heerlijk spelen in de mooie ruime tuin.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato assolutamente fantastico. L'appartamento è ancora più bello di quanto appaia nelle foto: spazioso, luminoso e arredato con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. L'appartamento era impeccabilmente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La cucina era ben attrezzata e il bagno moderno

Staying at Flora's was nothing short of magical! We spent a week at Flora's with our kids (3.5 and 6.5) during April and had a lovely time. The unit is comfortable, well kept and cosy. The surroundings are quiet and picturesque. The location makes it easy to travel around northern Tuscany in a rental car, and you can also park at the town nearby (2 mins drive) and take the bus to Florence (which takes about 30 minutes). Flora herself is a kind and attentive host and made us feel so welcome. Our kids loved playing with Goofy the dog and watching the chickens from across the fence. The fresh eggs, olive oil, cookies and sweet wine were a nice and welcoming touch. We feel lucky to have had the opportunity to say at Flora's and would wholeheartedly recommend it!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Ce logement est très conforme aux photos. Endroit très agréable et verdoyant. Parfait pour visiter Florence et ses alentours. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et chaleureux malgré la barrière de la langue. Je conseille fortement .

We loved the place. Easy access and an incredible view. The cooking class they offer is definitely worth taking. The wines they produce are incredible! Everything we needed was promptly attended to. We highly recommend it.

Very friendly host, he gave us a tour and showed us how to operate things. The apartment is on the second floor (one large staircase, no elevator) and was very roomy. The host made us breakfast in the morning and was helpful in giving us travel tips for visiting sites in Florence.

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni in questo posto bucolico con tutta la famiglia. Gli spazi interni ed esterni sono favolosi, la cornice della natura è bellissima e svegliarsi nel silenzio assoluto con il canto degli uccelli è stato meraviglioso, così come poter fare un aperitivo in compagnia nel pergolato esterno con una vista spettacolare. Abbiamo viaggiato con un bambino di un anno e mezzo e abbiamo trovato seggiolone e culla per avere il massimo del comfort. In meno di 10 min si trova la stazione che ci ha portato a Firenze con comodità, evitando lo stress del parcheggio. Giovanni ha risposto sempre con velocità e disponibilità a tutte le richieste. Da ritornare sicuramente!

Very nice house in a secluded part of Tuscany. Beautiful views, pool and a bbq that we used a couple of times during our stay. Bernardo was very responsive and friendly and he was always available for any questions that we had.

We had a wonderful stay, and it was the highlight of our trip. Our only regret was not staying longer. The home, location, and the chef Mipan who made us dinner one night and taught our daughters how to make pasta!!! Thank you for an incredible visit!

Leonardo è stato un host impeccabile e, insieme alla sua famiglia, davvero cordiale e disponibile. La struttura è in centro al paese, ma la sera sul terrazzino sembra di essere in mezzo alle colline toscane... Bella la piscina, anche se non ci è stato possibile utilizzarla per le condizioni meteo variabili.

Great stay with our young family, the house had everything we needed including outdoor space; the tree house was a great hit with our 4 year old. Beniamino was very responsive when we arrived a little earlier than check in time and was happy to let us in the house as it was ready. His mother also welcomed us and was very friendly. Good location not too far from the sights of Florence but very glad we had a car. Thankyou for a lovely stay. Would recommend.
