This place is paradise. No review can say enough about the property its that good! Impressive views, cozy place, and tons to do in Aptos! Go to the redwoods, get a massage, and check out Santa Cruz and Monterey! This place is heaven!

What a peaceful place. We had a great short visit and hope we can come again! The place is even better than the photos. We spent hours watching the birds, ocean and sun set and rise. It was great that we could bring our dog along too!

Liz's place was exactly as described and a lovely stay. We enjoyed walking to the beach. Appreciate all the shelving and storage space. Liz was extremely helpful and kind the airbnb was beautiful and definitely worth the money.

We loved our stay at Gabriel’s cottage! It was perfect for a long weekend with our kiddo. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room really helped make everything run smoothly for us. Beds were comfy, neighborhood was calm and welcoming, and just a quick walk down to the beach. It was exactly what we needed! We would love to stay again on our next trip down.

Laura’s place was spot on for our short stay. Beach was a stones throw away, which is where the kids wanted to spend their time. The place was perfect, it was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Detailed instructions for the apartment to go alongside the stay and useful local information.

Family friendly beach house - Highly recommend! We came to visit to help our college bond son move in at the University. We have a 4 yo, 2 yo and a 18 yo and everyone was happy with the place. No issues parking. We took our littles to the beach less than two blocks away and found that were some sand toys (bucket, shovel, etc) and pulled them along in the wagon which was all in the garage free for us to use! Hoping the place will be available when we plan our next visit.

Laurie's place is our annual vacation spot! The home is lovely, well-kept, and clean. The location is unbeatable – walkable to a local Mexican market, amazing Italian restaurant, and Evarista's Comal Restaurant (delicious breakfast!). It's a few houses from Blacks Beach. Perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids & 2 dogs)!

Fantastic airbnb and a great location. easy walk to 41st Ave for coffee, food and shopping. We also walked to Capitola, east cliff drive and the beach. Cute backyard, fully fenced, great for our little dogs. We also enjoyed the sauna, comfy living room with a nice TV, board games, and a record player with lots of albums to choose from.

This was a lovely place to stay with an active toddler. It was peaceful, calming, with the pool and ocean steps away. Joanne was responsive and thoughtful throughout. We will be back!

Seascape 407 was beyond our expectations. Down to every detail. We did not want for any amenities. Perfect view. Perfect host. Would be my first choice any time we plan to visit.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this Airbnb – we’d definitely stay here again!

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!

We had a great time here! Clean, great location, and comfortable. Spent a few days here with my little kids because our place was getting painted, and we all had a great time. Short walk for beach and pool, park right next door, and a beautiful view from the living room. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Aptos.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Seascape condo. Great location with easy beach access for morning or evening walks. We stayed mid-week at the end of April and the resort area was very sleepy, which was perfect for us. Having a well stocked market and restaurants within walking distance was a bonus. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. Would stay again.

Shelly’s place is amazing. Our group of 3 families had a wonderful time. The bedroom windows are huge and glass and gives you a feeling that you are on the ocean. The beach is just steps away and it was clean and never crowded. The public beach access is a few hundred feet away, but the public don’t venture to this area, so it felt almost private. There was a great selection of board games very carefully chosen for a large group like us to have maximum fun.

I have been disappointed with other stays that claimed to be steps to the beach. This unit really is steps to the beach. It's the closest we have ever been to the beach in a rental house. It's unfortunate that our stay coincided with extremely high surf and the beach was being cleared of debris from the collapsed Santa Cruz pier. We'll return on a good beach day. The house was fully stocked with necessities. It was clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable.

The Log Cabin is an amazing place to stay in Santa Cruz at Pleasure Point. You cannot beat the location and Ann does a great job as a host. Simple and easy process and a clean great place in superb location.

Amazing location and even more amazing host who was so responsive! House is on the older side but perfect for a beach vacation!

The backyard is private and hot tub in new condition. Everything in the home feels tasteful, fresh, and renovated. It is a fairly easy walk into Capitola town, although the street that the house is on doesn’t have sidewalks. In the other direction are 3 great coffee shops. We didn’t use our car all weekend.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, with a fully stocked kitchen that made it easy to cook meals. It’s quiet and private, with a nice layout—perfect if you’re traveling with kids who need their own space to sleep. We also loved the location, super convenient and peaceful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

This was an amazing property and great place to stay. Beautiful views, nice house, and a very responsive property management team. Staff were super friendly and the house was as advertised. Secluded neighborhood very close to the beach and drivable to most attractions. Bring binoculars for whale watching, we were successful. We highly recommend this place. Thank you!!
