You are in the center of it all. Did we mention the beaches? Turn left at bike path and head to Stearns Wharf, East Beach or Butterfly Beach. Turn right and you've got the Marina, Leadbetter Beach and Shoreline Park.

Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.
