The rooms are rather small (Think Parisian Hotel) but well-appointed and quaint: a place to hang your hat, charge your phone, rest your feet, set your glass and simply relax. The Living Room is intimate. Think of this space as a private parlor car in a train, perhaps, perfect for reading! The more spacious backyard is perfect for sharing stories, relaxing and unwinding around the fire pit and cozy sofas.

Fully fenced in yard with private gate, patio, and lawn. The secluded Mesa Lane Beach is 2 blocks away, and the Douglas Family Preserve with beautiful bluff views is a 5 minute walk from the house.

Come visit us in West Beach one of the oldest continuously inhabited beach villages in California… Take in all the gorgeous views of Santa Barbara while having easy foot access to best in town local restaurants, wineries, breweries, farmers markets and Funk Zone shopping. You are in the center of it all. Did we mention the beaches? Turn left at bike path and head to Stearns Wharf, East Beach or Butterfly Beach. Turn right and you've got the Marina, Leadbetter Beach and Shoreline Park.

The city is planning on doing some king of street maintenance during september to novemeber, they have not given any exact dates. Looks like phase 2 will require street closure. After a day of exploring Santa Barbara, relax with a glass of wine on your own private patio, watching the sun set through the 300 year-old oak trees. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with great mountain views. In this very large private studio, with a king bed, twin bed, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2-burner electric cooktop). We live on the property (separate area from Airbnb) and can assist with any needs. We're on a quiet mountain road, while easy to get downtown and freeway.
